I used it for 3 consecutive nights to go to Disneyland.Accommodations near Disney are very expensive.This place was by far the cheapestIt's a new hotel so it was very clean and tidy.Large bath, coin laundry, etc.Fully equippedI was very satisfied.The cost performance is the bestIt was OK to park in the parking lot until checkout.

I felt that it was a hotel with a very nice atmosphere, as everyone from the front desk staff to the kitchen staff at the breakfast venue greeted me in a pleasant manner. I have a good impression that the staff seem to be friendly. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is delicious. There were several food restaurants within a short walk. When staying around Shinagawa, we will use this as a regular accommodation.

There is a large public bath here. You can soothe your fatigue by relaxing in the hot water. The room is beautiful and perfect. Breakfast is not luxurious, but sufficient. I felt it was a bit of a hassle as it was a little far from the station, but I would use it again if I had the chance.

The price is around 8,500 yen for one night with breakfast on the last day of a three-day weekend (the next weekday).[Decision factor]-No transfer to Haneda Airport[Keikyu] Haneda Airport Station - Aomono Yokocho Station approximately 20 minutes 327 yen•Check out at 11am•Large bath[Good points]-Although it is small, there is an open-air bath.-Pack-type water server in the large bath-Citrus-based shampoo and conditioner•Coin laundry fees are not expensive-There are no towels in the public bath, but there are two in the room.I went to the public bath twice in the evening and in the morning, and since it was the end of the holidays, I was able to take a relaxing bath as it was reserved for one person, and the room was clean and well-equipped, so I was able to spend a comfortable time.It's a bit of a walk from the station, but I didn't have much luggage this time so it wasn't a problem.However, I think it would have been better not to include breakfast (buffet).

It wasn't too far from the station, nor was it too close, so it was convenient and there weren't many people.I stayed for 5 consecutive nights, and on weekdays I was able to use the public bath almost exclusively for private use!When I returned in the evening, new towels were prepared and the trash was gone, so I was completely satisfied. I will come again if I have a chance to stay there again! All the staff were so kind!

(Breakfast is charged separately and there is a large public bath.) It's been a while since I last used this hotel. It was my first time on a floor other than the 9th, but it was spacious so I was able to enjoy the spaciousness. This time I went to work near Samezu Station, so I walked there for about 10 minutes. (Updated in July 2024) There is a 7-Eleven and Aeon nearby. Komeda Coffee is also located on the first floor and offers delivery services. The location is about a 3 minute walk from Shinagawa Seaside Station, so it may be difficult for people with carts on rainy days. The Loisir Hotel has the best view and convenience, but I thought the Wires Hotel was better in terms of cleanliness of the rooms since it was a new hotel.

If you want to search for the komeda coffee shop next door, the hotel door is not easy to find😄The double room is nice and has a big bathIt's 6-8 minutes' walk from "Shinagawa Sesame" station, so it's convenient.
