Thank you very much for staying with us for 4 nights and making it very comfortable (..)(__)◇Access・Subway = Nishi 18-chome Station, one stop from Odori Koen Station, about 4 minutes walk・Tram: Get off at Nishi 15-chome Station, 4 stops from Nishi 4-chome Station, then walk for about 3 minutes・Less than 25 minutes walk from Susukino police box intersection (Actually measured -_-;)◇Neighborhood shoppingAbout 2-3 minutes walk from House N to Fumima, Lawson, and Tsuruha.Toko store in about 4 minutes◇Indoor situationThe exterior of the hotel is a 3-story reinforced steel structure and cannot be described as beautiful, but the interior is well-maintained and very clean.Of course, the bathroom and toilet are also very clean!*When you enter the hotel, there is a common space in the center with two rooms on each side, although the large table in the common space was a bit untidy. . .◇CospaWhen I come to Sapporo, I stay at three hotels on the north side of Nakajima Park, but this time I was able to stay for about half the price, so it was the best value for money.Also, the person in charge of operations was very kind, friendly, and pleasant.◇SummaryI will definitely use this place next time ◎

The room was incredibly clean and had everything you need in it(hairdryer, refrigerator etc.) The bed was big and comfortable. The staff was very nice and welcoming, the location is great too and easy to access. Would definitely recommend and return in the future!

The room was very cosy and private. The bath was a little small but had everything you needed. The staff was very nice and the location is very close to the subway. Around the area there were a lot of nice restaurants with good food. Would definitely recommend!
