I visited Noto to support Noto, which was affected by the earthquake. The moment you enter, you will be captivated by the beauty of Nanao Bay peeking out from the lounge.Since it's all-inclusive, you can drink as many drinks as you like in the lounge or in your room. The sushi is supervised by Mitsukawa, so you can enjoy Michelin-level sushi. Many of the ingredients were locally sourced from Noto, and it was a great experience.I would like to visit again.

A gorgeous inn by the sea that surely ranks amongst the best in Japan. What first catches the eye is the amazing view, but what leaves the lasting impression is the warm and friendly staff who always made us feel at home. Another standout is the fact that they serve sushi for dinner instead of the usual kaiseki cuisine. We didn't know at the time, but the inn invited the owner of Sushi Mitsukawa, surely one of the finest establishments in Kanazawa, to prepare dinner our first night. An amazing experience. Not to say dinner our second night was any worse - the Kyuubei trained resident chef is also fantastic. Both nights saw some of the best sushi we've had in Japan, easily comparable to the restaurants in Tokyo. The price might come across as steep, but what you're really getting is both a gorgeous inn and a Michelin-level meal each night. Last tip: be sure to book use of the spa, the herb bath and sauna by the sea should not be missed.

Although it is a small facility, the female manager has a careful eye and explains everything about the architecture and furniture (mostly local), and although her tone is modest, I can feel her intention to express the blessings of Noto Island. I did. If you ask the other staff members, they have a deep knowledge of local sake, Western spirits, tea, and music, and they will kindly teach you a lot, and you will learn a lot from them. My 20-year-old son, who accompanied me, said that he felt comfortable because the staff were not too respectful and allowed him to talk to customers on an equal footing. I would like to visit you again when I can work and save money.

While I was thinking of going, the Noto earthquake occurred, so I was finally able to visit after rescheduling. The quietness and spaciousness of the guest rooms along with the wonderful view of Noto Island. The sauna was also wonderful, and it was a time that made me want to stay overnight and relax.

At night, this is an inn where you can watch the stars while listening to the sound of the waves. It is a comfortable facility where you can enjoy delicious food even though you are surrounded by nature.I went with three friends, but I can understand why some people come alone. You can have a quiet time and space surrounded by nature to yourself.

I visited in June 2024 to celebrate my wife's birthday.I was worried about getting to the hotel after the earthquake, but road construction was progressing and I was able to get around without any problems. (I took the train to Wakura Onsen Station and then took a taxi from there)I had told the hotel in advance that I wanted to go cruising (dolphin watching), butThe weather forecast called for rain on the day we were scheduled to cruise, so we asked the day before our stay to see if it was possible to change the cruising schedule, and they happily agreed, and we were able to cruise safely in the clear skies. Ta.Thanks to you, I was able to encounter a family of wild dolphins, and my wife was also impressed.(Due to travel time, I was a bit unreasonable in the early afternoon, and I thought I might not be able to see the dolphins, but the captain gave me an idea of where I was likely to be in advance, and I was able to find them smoothly.) )We spent about 70 minutes on the boat, but it was so comfortable that it went by quickly. You can enjoy a variety of alcoholic beverages for free upon arrival at the hotel. You can drink delicious alcohol in your room, in the sauna, and while eating, which is great for alcohol lovers, but there is also a wide selection of non-alcoholic drinks for those who don't drink alcohol.Since it's an auberge, the food is of course the delicious sushi in the evening, but I also recommend the breakfast, where you can enjoy Doguro. All the staff, including the manager and head chef, are friendly and attentive.I was glad that I chose this inn for my birthday, and I thought from the bottom of my heart that I would like to go there again.I'm sure there are still many difficulties in the recovery from the earthquake, but I'm rooting for you!

It was reopened as soon as possible in Noto after the earthquake in 2020, and time passes slowly with the same quality as before. It was all-inclusive and the view of the rain was very nice. ^_^Time passed slowly and the food was delicious, making use of local ingredients♪ The customer service was good, and Suso also has a sauna in the room. The scenery differs depending on the room, so it might be a good idea to ask in advance ^_^
