The lady who runs Hana Ime is amazing! She will cook you one of the best Japanese style breakfasts with warm service! I must recommend if you are looking for a quick easy going place to crash out for a couple nights.

Another Korean person below gave it one star, but it's not that kind of place. The facilities are simple. But in the meantimeEverything we needed was provided, and I still vividly remember how the grandmother, the owner, provided meals and service with all her heart when I went there with my child. This hotel does not have a large public bath, so they give you a discount coupon for the Musashitei Hotel across the street. There was no inconvenience and I had a great time.

The hotel was located in a calm location away from the center of Otaru.I chose a Japanese-style room, but I had to lay out my own futon, which is common in hotels these days, so I thought it would be a good idea to do that myself. The room was large and nice. The building and facilities are old, so it may feel dirty compared to newly built or renovated hotels. It was well cleaned considering it was old, so I had no complaints.Since the price is low, I don't think you should expect the environment and kind service of an expensive hotel. If you're looking for new, reliable service, I think it's worth paying a certain amount of money. There seemed to be a lot of people staying alone, so I think it's a good place to stay light and comfortable. The person at the front desk was kind and gave me information on places to eat and nearby shops, which left a good impression.

It was enough just to sleep.Since the bath is a unit bath, you can get a discount ticket for day trip bathing at Musashitei across the street.

The hotel was located in a quiet location a little far from Otaru Station.I was worried because other reviews said that the room was dirty, but the building was well maintained despite its age, so it didn't bother me at all. You can take a day trip to a nearby hot spring for 500 yen. The unit bath was also clean. Once you've checked in, you can go in and out as you please, the surroundings are quiet, and I didn't have any inconvenience.

This is a hotel you need to be careful about.Even though I'm not a germophobe, it was a type of hotel that wasn't kept clean to the point where I was disappointed. If you are in the lodging business, you have an obligation to keep the property clean, but this is being neglected.Hair and dust had accumulated to the point where it had not been cleaned once or twice. The rooms and toilets are all filthy. The kettle contained a small amount of water that I don't know how long it had been in.It would not be surprising if a food poisoning accident occurred at any time after drinking it.I think many people are running the accommodation business without having such preparation. We can compromise if the equipment is old, but it's definitely not at the level where we can do business for money.I don't ask for high quality, but I want them to do it without cutting corners. The door locks, the light turns on, and the water flows. We have cleared at least 3 points. In addition, there are no towels for hand washing, so hygiene management requirements are not met.

It might be a hotel where people choose who stays.・If you are a germophobe, have asthma, or have allergies, it may be best to try something else. . I feel like if I'm physically strong, I'd be fine with a hostel like this.・It's cheap anyway・There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room・I feel like I'm back at my grandma's house in the countryside.〈Not so good〉・The room feels dusty (I have allergic rhinitis and asthma is barely safe)・The linen smells a bit dry.・I hesitate to use the air conditioner because it is dirty.・The front desk staff is very responsive.・No washlet・I can hear the voice next door・Toilet in some room? I can hear the sound of water flowing・The unit bath is a bit moldy.・I put my futon on the tatami mat by myself, but I don't know how long it's been in the closet lol・Toothbrush set, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and paper cups are provided by yourself.
