I love this place!The host is a pleasant person, he explain us everything we need to know about our stay and the activities around Furano.The house is sweet and gives you an authentic and peaceful Japanese atmosphere.15 minutes walking from JR station. The host offered to give us a ride to the station if we want toHad a great time here, I’m fully recommend staying in this place when you’re in Furano.

If you're looking forward to a Showa-style inn, you'll be disappointed. There's a Lawson right in front of the hotel, so there's no fuju for shopping.

At the end of May, I decided to stay at this hotel while traveling alone in Hokkaido, relying on Google reviews such as ``It's fine for just staying the night'' and ``The host is kind.''When I went there, I found that it took about 15 to 20 minutes to walk slowly from JR Furano Station, so I decided to walk there after taking a walk. When we arrived, we found that it was an older building, as expected.However, there was a lodging book and I was asked to fill it out, so I did. These kinds of lodging books have been around for a long time, but I was surprised to learn that in this day and age, everyone has to fill in everything from their name to their address and phone number.On the first floor, there is a common space with a reception desk where the accommodation ledger is kept, a dining area with a microwave, etc., a toilet, a bath, and a washroom.The room is on the second floor. When you go up the stairs, there are about 10 rooms at most, all of which are (probably) tatami and the futons are senbei futons.I found out that my back hurt before I actually tried sleeping, but it still hurt when I slept. So I put two more blankets (the only ones I could find) under the mattress and slept. When I woke up in the morning and opened the sliding door, I noticed that there were many futons. I regret that I should have layered the futon instead of a blanket.There is a Coop with DAISO (daily necessities and even clothing) nearby, another DZ supermarket, and LAWSON (not 24H) across the street, so it was convenient.The kind host told me that the co-op put a discount sticker on the prepared food after 6pm, so I recommended it for dinner.When I went to the co-op at 6pm, it was indeed discounted.I also bought some bread for the morning from the fresh bakery in the co-op.I also noticed that the room I was in had a strangely sweet smell, and when I looked closely, I found that the person in front of me had thrown away some chocolate or something and it was still stuck at the bottom of a plastic bag hanging in the trash can in the room. I was in a state where I was. When I told the owner, he said, ``I'll replace it with another trash can.'' So he replaced it.In the dining room, I warmed up some side dishes purchased from the co-op in the microwave and ate them. I took a bath, but there was soap, shampoo, and conditioner, but no razor and towel. I had a disposable razor and used it in case something like this happened, but I didn't have a towel, so I had no choice but to wipe my body with my T-shirt. I regret that I should have bought it at the co-op.However, there was a typical Hokkaido landscape behind the guest house, and I enjoyed walking there.

The owner of the inn is a very polite person.The building is old, and although it is not new, it has a small and cozy feel from the good old Showa era.If you don't mind the oldness, this is a good inn with a nostalgic feel.There's a refrigerator and microwave outside the room, and there's a Lawson across the street, so it's perfect for staying overnight. Hot water can be provided if you ask.There is only one bath, so please consider the situation and share or compromise with other customers. It is a good idea to bring towels, razors, toothbrushes, and night clothes.Parking available.This is an inn where I would like to come back to enjoy the atmosphere.

Third time? Accommodation.I'm grateful to be able to stay at this price in Furano city.

- The owner is very kind person, friendly, service well- Walk to the station around 15 - 20 mins- Hotel does not provide the towel, we have to rent (not expensive)- Shared bathroom, separate men and women- I stayed this hotel in the middle of August (summer) it’ more suitable for another season. it’s very hot and cannot sleep because it didn’t have air conditioner but they provide a fan. (The owner said already tell Agoda to update in the information of his hotel but didn’t change)
