I used it on a live tour. The guest room was a single room, but it was spacious and felt like there would be plenty of space if it were to be used as a business hotel. It wasn't particularly dirty, but perhaps because it was old, the pipes were visible, the walls were dirty, and there was quite a bit of sound leaking from the surrounding rooms.I wouldn't say that the staff were bad, but they were almost never at the front desk, so I didn't meet them except for check-in.The TV didn't have many channels, but it was good because it connected to YouTube and Netflix. There are a lot of love hotels in the area, so I was a little worried about safety. It was a little far from Sapporo Station, but Seicomart and My Basket were nearby, so it didn't feel that inconvenient.

It's an old building, a bit far from downtown Susukino, and there's no place to eat nearby in the evening.

It was very good for the price and it was spacious! But it smells old. You'll understand if you go there.

It depends on the price. It has a miscellaneous atmosphere as it seems to be used not only for lodging, but also as a nursing home, office, etc. The facility looks old. It's close to the downtown area, has the minimum amenities, and the front desk staff is not bad at all. It's unusual that they don't work full-time (apparently until 8 pm), so it's a bit uneasy, but if you make sure to notify them early if you're going to be late for check-in, they'll be able to accommodate you as needed. However, as mentioned in other posts, there is no air conditioner despite this time of year.(Rather than not, there was a new model installed, but I heard it was under construction.)It seems that only one reservation site had this information, but since there is more than one reservation site, it was not mentioned in my case. There is a fan, so I managed to get through the heat, but if you are sensitive to heat, it may not be possible in the coming months, even though you are in the north, so I recommend checking before staying. (There was a room that didn't even have a fan, and it was installed only after I requested it.)Personally, I recommend it because it has good access and good staff, and it's a good value for money. However, another guest complained about the cleanliness and the above-mentioned problems, so it may be quite stressful for those who cannot accept it leniently.I think it will be highly rated.

There is no air conditioner or washlet, but the location and room size alone will pay for itself. A must for those who want to play around Susukino.

This is a cost-conscious accommodation. The facilities and location are both adequate. There is a subway station nearby so there is no inconvenience. Walking from the direction of Sapporo Station is thrilling as you pass many love hotels and suspicious shops. The only definite drawback is that there is no cooler! It was a shock (lol)

It's a fairly old hotel. Inside the hotel, the accommodation floor was a bit dark and a bit worrisome, but the rooms were relatively clean. It's a hotel I'd like to avoid in the summer because there was no air conditioner and it was hot.The location was convenient as it was close to Nakajima Park and the downtown area of Susukino.
