I stayed for one night, but the room was comfortable and modern, so I had a good rest. For breakfast, I was overwhelmed by the large number of side dishes and ended up feeling full!

Worst ramen - actually it wasn’t ramen. The owner was notified. Didn’t eat it, couldn’t eat it. Owner did nothing with knowledge. Nothing like the picture either.Terrible service and attitude or capability to accept responsibility and still charge

Just stayed here with family. Lovely breakfast. Great shower. Helpful staff. Walking distance to everything we needed. Loved our stay. The room was tinier than expected but it had everything we needed and we spent most of our time out and about. Great value. Do the hotpot/bbq dinner!!!

We were recommeded this place for all you can eat hot pot/ bbq and drink and it sounded too good to be true for the price (6500 ¥). We were blown away by the service, flavour and efficiency of this place. Protein was in no short supply and the staff were so accomodating. Ithis place exceeded all expectations

I just stayed here for a few days to go skiing. The staff were very friendly about driving us around, and the hotel offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner included with the stay (wasn’t really to my taste as a vegetarian, but you might feel differently).Unfortunately I cannot really recommend this hotel due to two issues. The primary one was the extremely unreliable supply of hot water. Imagine waking up, not being able to take a shower, then going skiing all day, coming back after spending all day in the cold, and still not being able to take a shower. They repeatedly claimed that they had fixed this problem when they hadn’t really. At one point, they offered to let us switch rooms to a larger one on a different floor, but we only had one night left and didn’t want to move all our stuff, so we declined.A secondary issue is that the windows leak a lot of heat considering how cold it is outside. If you get a room with two beds, the one near the window will feel much colder than the one farther away from the window.UPDATE: I stayed here again in January 2024 and the hot water worked so I’m increasing the rating. The breakfast buffet (we didn’t pay for lunch + dinner, which was an additional fee, this time around) now has a number of vegetarian options.
