This is my second time using it, but the first time was before the coronavirus, so there were a lot of changes. As for the dinner method, etc., it was better the first time. The plan was to travel alone, but...All people are gathered at the counter seats, and only two or more people can sit by the window.I can't accept it because the price I pay is the same. Also, the rooms are clean, but you can't help but feel old.The KIKI Hotel in Shiretoko has been renovated and all the lights are motion sensors, so I think they should consider renovating it.In addition, Tsuruga Resort only accepts cash or credit cards as payment methods, and not being able to accept cashless payments feels outdated these days. However, since I am a smoker, I appreciate that they gave me a room on the 3rd floor where there is a smoking area, and that they let me cook oysters since I can't eat raw oysters.

I was looking for a hotel with a beautiful sunset and found it.It is located in a quiet location near Lake Saroma. The view outside is very good.I checked in after 3:00 pm, but there was a tour from Taiwan and that was given priority, so the only options for dinner were 5:30 pm or 7:00 pm.The guest room was old and unusual with the sink next to the bed.The scenery is very good. The seafood for dinner is fresh and very delicious.Breakfast was also quite delicious. The bath wasn't that big, but I enjoyed it quite a bit.I thought it was a hotel with a nice view and food.

The rooms are good, the staff's service is good, and the location makes transportation difficult, but if you're far away, it might be a good idea to rent a car from the airport. The food was especially delicious, and I had dinner at the restaurant. The taste and service were both very good.I think the chef's taste came out in the seasoning. It was a place I would like to go to again.Lake Saroma observation room

Even though it's winter, the room is coldEven if I turned on the heating, only cold air was coming out, so I asked the front desk and they said they had turned off the heating in the guest room. After that, the heating worked, but after I went to bed, the heating was turned off again.Did I do something wrong? It's so cold that I wonder what's going on.Why do I have to feel cold when I go to a hot spring? The circulating chlorine disinfection hot spring was pretty good. The customer service's Japanese is a bit vague, but I think it's okay. The few Japanese staff members were very kind and polite. But,The room is cold! disappointing.

Located on the shores of Lake Saroma, it is a former Tokyu resort and is now part of the Tsuruga group. The view of the sunset from here during dinner is spectacular. We strongly recommend that you wait at the entrance of the venue and get a seat by the window a little before dinner time, not just on holidays.I visited around Golden Week, and everyone was staring at the sunset instead of eating.Although it is a buffet style, an assortment of scallops and oysters are served first, which is quite impressive. The entire building, including the public bath, is old, but it is within an acceptable range.
