In my recent travel to Hokkaido we (me and my wife) tried multiple budget hotels. We stayed in Toyoko Inn, Hotel Resol, Route Inn, amd Court Hotel. Flex Stay Inn irritated me the most.1) The bed in our room was small. This made it harder for us to sleep and we kept waking up. We had a larger open floor area compared to our budget hotel rooms but we think a bigger bed would have been better. In Court Hotel we had a bigger bed and smaller open floor area but our sleep quality was better.2) It was hot 🥵 While they did say that their heater/aircon was now done through their centralized air system, similar to some of the hotels we stayed in, it doesn't mean that we should be sweating. I stepped out a few times of our room just cause it was a bit cooler in the hallway.Their lobby looked nice and spacious so I was excited to see our rooms. But apparently they used all their money on their lobby -_- Definitely not staying in this hotel chain again.

A hotel located right in front of Hakodate Station. Very convenient. The room is also spacious. However, the bathtub is small. But it's quite beautiful for the price. There are also smartphone charging cables available for free rental. There is also a power source at the bedside. The room has a card key and a door guard. However, there was no table to store luggage.Breakfast is served at the restaurant on the second floor from 7:00 to 9:30. Viking format. Relatively luxurious. There are also paper cups for taking coffee home.

It's very convenient as it's close to Hakodate Station and there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. We stayed with 3 people, and the room was satisfactory. Unfortunately, there was a rush of customers at once when we checked in, resulting in a long line, but the staff gave detailed explanations to each person, so it was tolerable. I was satisfied with the breakfast and the variety. The mapo tofu was delicious.

The building is old. However, the new places have been updated, so I have no complaints.

I used it on a business trip. It was very nice because it was close to the station and it was about a 5 minute walk to my destination. Also, the indoor air conditioner can be lowered to 15 degrees Celsius, which was great for someone who is sensitive to heat! However, the bathroom is small and there is black mold? I noticed something that looked like it and felt disgusted.
