I didn't stay in Nunia Inn per say, but in another hotel on the same building but the experience should be largely the sameThe room is clean-ish, but the main reason why you would stay there is the ease of access to food, cafes and nearby airport

The parking is not separated between residents and visitors, it's all mixed up. So on weekends there are lots of people renting out for hours, the parking lot is full of visitors & closed. Those who have residents are actually going around looking for parking (annoying the residents).Because there are so many random people coming in & renting at all hours, especially on weekends, almost all the access doors that can go directly to the motorbike parking lot are all deactivated. With the excuse of letting everyone go through the lobby. Isn't it strange that those who obviously don't have an access card will definitely go to the lobby because they are waiting for the person who rents out the room. Meanwhile, we residents will definitely enter with an access card to the door closest to us.If you want to discipline visitors, don't bother the residents!!!Please speak & make regulations to the agents who are tenants who rent short-time rooms.There are also things here called RESIDENTS who shouldn't be bothered by visitors!!!

More of 1 star buy the customer service was good so 2 star from me. Had a long layover and wanted to shower and freshen up, this was definitely worth $12NZD maybe even less. Not gonna go into detail with the rooms 😕 but you get what you pay for. Only utilized the shower. Shops and laundromat very close.

Pluses and minuses from me as a unit renter in the Arropolis tower Ar 2 apt.I wrote it here because on the maps there is no apt tower AR 2.Pluses:1. ALL security and cleaning services are friendly. Quick. Ask me to help you pick up the package, never be lazy. I once asked for the package courier number. It turned out that security came to my room to give me the number. Great intentions :')2. The engineer is also quite fast.3. Room prices vary. Choose according to your budget and desired facilities.4. Indomaret is 24 hours a day just crossing.5. There is delicious Nasi Padang behind Indomaret6. There is almost no sound from vehicles near the unit. You can rest in peace. (My room is on the 3rd floor).7. The cleaning service is diligent.8. If there is a problem, the agent is quick to fix it.9. There is Lawson, Alfamart too.10. Lots of snacks11. Near the TOD terminal (quite a money and time saver for those who work at the airport)12. The lobby is not hot13. The tower is newer than the front tower.14. The hallway is not scary (for those who go to work at night/dawn, it's quite safe)15. Tap water is never dirty (my experience)Minus.1. Lots of jamming, lots of people open BO (like to be noisy and make the elevator wait a long time).2. The jamet's noise makes it unbearable. Once shouted at Jamet because he was so annoying3. During the rainy season, it often smells like garbage (the important thing is that all the bedroom windows are closed)4. Gym and pool facilities have to be paid again5. The lift has been repaired several times (but don't worry, there are 4 lifts here)6. If the window is opened. Access to the hotel from the airport is not too far if you use the TOD M1 shuttle, suitable for staying or transit. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the prices are very affordable for the middle class. Always successful, Nunia Inn

Location: quite strategic, around lots of places to eat, there are hair salons and nail salons around the hotel, to the airport quite close, approximately 20 minutes (if you feel it's expensive to stay in a 2 star airport area for 400-500 thousand, it's better to come here) to Tangcity mall, 30-45 minutesService: reception was friendly and kind, yesterday I was helped by a trolly with the guys, FYI, in Indonesia, if I'm not mistaken, the security guy is from the apartment, guys, so if you're not a hotelier, don't blame the hotel, you can just give advice to Aeropolis.Room: initial impression of entering the room is clean and tidy, 2 bottles of drinking water are provided, there is hot water for bathing (please, if the water heater doesn't heat up straight away, when you turn on the tap so wait and don't nod), there is soap, there are towels, there is a toothbrush . If 1 room is provided, you can ask for another one, just go to reception on the phone, no need to get angry, guys.For the price of 200-300 thousand, it's worth it. Booked via Trvlk, got 190 with a stay of 8 hours. The price for 8 hours is not too different from other accommodation in the Areopolis area. Compact room type, clean, fragrant, there are towels, toothbrushes, heated mineral water, hot water too. The service is quite good too, check in and check out is easy.Indeed, the location is behind the airport entrance, so you have to go around the airport. You can use GoBike at a price around 48 thousand.The hotel also provides airport transfer services for 100 thousand if I don't make a mistake using a car. Very Bad Staff Attitude:Avoid this HotelIt's a noisy and old apartment made partially into a hotel.We were given a room near to the busy entrance with a lift and tv advertisement turned on 24 hours.When asked for room change, the staff don't want to give. They don't care if we give a bad review. His answer was :"Silakan".The staff are not trained for hospitality business. Avoid this apartment hotel if you can.Our worst experience in hotel stay in Indonesia so far.
