I stayed with my family of 3.There is a washing machine in the room, so if your child gets their clothes dirty that day, you can wash them right away, and you can also wash your own clothes, so it's easier not to have to go home and wash them.I also have a separate bedroom so I don't have to worry about other people turning on the lights or watching TV in the living room, which was really nice.

Wonderful condo! The moment we entered the room, the view of Mt. Yotei was so overwhelming that everyone cheered. The rooms are clean, stylish and easy to use. The dining food was also very delicious. The staff's response is also kind and wonderful. Is it because it's off season? It was so expensive that my family misunderstood the price for 3 people as 1 person lol

This is a comfortable room where you can feel the warmth of wood. It wasn't overly spacious or luxurious, but I was able to truly relax and feel like I was at home. On the other hand, the view from the large windows is spectacular! The magnificent scenery created by Mt. Yotei, the clouds, and the sun made me feel grateful as if I were a part of Niseko's nature. Everything in the hotel was clean and comfortable.The dinner at Anzu Dining was really delicious. Although there aren't any surprising creations, you can see that each and every fresh local ingredient is carefully prepared. This is the most delicious thing! The timing and explanation of the dishes were perfect, and I was able to spend a very happy time with my family while enjoying conversation. (You can go there even if you wear Samue as a loungewear, but since it is a restaurant of such high quality, I felt uncomfortable wearing Samue. Is it okay to relax?) I was very satisfied with the breakfast. Be careful not to eat too much (lol)All of the staff members were very pleasant. thank you very much. I would like to visit you again.

I'm giving it all 5's, but there are some parts that I'm a little concerned about.The building is generally quiet, but sounds from the hallway can easily enter the room.breakfast buffet,There is no problem with the fact that many items tend to be ready-made, but there are some items that are in somewhat poor condition.For example, the batter on the fried chicken was a little sticky, and the texture of the spring rolls and cod roe wasn't very good.There are a few items that seem to have been caused by poor quality or improper thawing.Although there are not many items, there is no particular shortage.The room we used was 2 bedrooms and 4 beds.It feels like two rooms with one bedroom connected, so each room can be used independently.There are shower booths and toilets in each room, so you can easily use them, for example, with friends of the opposite sex.There is also a dining kitchen and washing machine on one side.The room is spacious enough and the view from the room facing Mt. Yotei is very good.However, the air conditioning system is fixed to either cold or hot depending on the season, soThis time there is no air conditioning and the sun is shining so it is quite hot.I think the overall atmosphere, appearance, and location of the hotel are wonderful as it is a quiet, classy hotel with a nice view.Perhaps it's because it's this time of year, but the price of just over 50,000 yen for two people in this room, which includes premium dinner and breakfast, feels like a pretty good deal.

Stayed here with a 5 month old baby.I looked at the website and was told that baby items could be rented, so I asked for a baby cot, but was told that the room I had booked was too small and wouldn't fit a baby cot, so I couldn't rent one.Also, since the baby's hips weren't settled yet, we couldn't use a high chair or anything like that, so we checked the day before to see if we could take a stroller during breakfast the next day.Although we were initially turned down because the breakfast venue was too small, they made arrangements again and said it would be OK to bring a stroller.However, when I went to the breakfast venue, a female foreign staff member refused to let me use it, saying it was ``too small,'' and suggested I use a high chair.I told her the day before that she couldn't use a high chair because she wasn't able to sit still, and that I had agreed to it, but it was too small. I ended up having to leave the stroller in the room because I was stuck at one point.And I had to eat while holding my baby, which was difficult.There were other inconveniences as well, and I felt that this hotel would be difficult to use with a young baby.
