At first I was doubtful because the reviews weren't very good, especially about the AC & towels. But luckily the AC was cold, the room was nice & just bring your own towel. Overall satisfied with the service. There are also lots of places around the hotelEspecially eat at night.Parking can be free by asking for a stamp

This is for Fame Hotel Gading SerpongStayed from 15 to 16 September1. Towels, please provide. Parador Group class, how come the color of the towels isn't white, it's grayish black, I've had to wait since the afternoon, it's been washed in the afternoon, and even then the color isn't white, bro, I can't believe it's like this, bro.2. Sheet (upper): the blanket / bed is also black and it's not suitable for usePlease check whether the procurement is feasible or not. I can see whether this is a strategic property at all.3. The AC here is very problematic (same as my room) after other reviews, yes.4. There's noise from my bedroom, whether it's on the bedroom or from the morning until the afternoon, like people are dragging chairs or in the middle of the room, thuds and thuds, until the last day I stayed this morning, the rustling of things on the bedroom still sounds very disturbing.5. Very bad service ever, according to the stars, I don't know if it's 1 star or how many,, really bitter with the attitude of the security guard in front of the shift lobby this morning on 12 September 2024, just sitting and looking at us with 3 big suitcases plus 2 toddlers, His service is ZERO, rather his body doesn't move at all... I've never had a history of not tipping hotel staff anywhere... even at Paradors GRP corp class there are still staff like him... sad!!

The location is in the middle of Gading Serpong, so it's convenient if you want to go anywhere. Rooms priced at 200-300 thousand are really good. Cm, sometimes there are guests whose HR is low, in the middle of the night until dawn they are noisy in the hallway in front of the room, closing the door banging.

The space in the room is quite limited, especially for praying, but it is quite comfortable, the rooms are clean and tidy, the staff and security are friendly but unfortunately for breakfast the food is a bit bland and takes a long time to refill and also because it is in the same area as the hospital so every time you enter you have to pay parking even if it's just dropping passengers. The location is quite strategic because right next to the hotel there is a variety of street food, lots of delicious food

- Overall the room is OK and comfortable- The double bed is large and comfortable- The AC is a bit less cold and noisy (you have to service it regularly)- I think you can replace the towel with a new one, the color is not white (it looks like it's old and a bit smelly and very dirty)- Today's standard hotels provide dispensers and gallon water on every floor, Fame doesn't yet exist and is stingy when asking for drinking water (too calculating)- The parking area is too minimal and it is quite difficult to park in the morning / evening.- There is a basement but it is very narrow- Minimal room facilities, no hot water kettle, no coffee or tea provided, no mini refrigerator- For standard hotel rooms there should be a desk for working / at least a bigger desk, in fame the desk is too small
