I regret having to give this hotel a low rating.During our four-night stay in Hokkaido, my wife and I found it to be far from satisfactory. At ¥38,200+ per night, the price did not match the quality of the accommodations, which were excessively cramped. We won't consider returning. The only positive aspect was its proximity to Sapporo station, reachable within a 5-10 minute walk via the underground walkway. However, aside from this convenience, there was little else to commend. The room was incredibly small, barely suitable for one person, let alone two. It was impossible to even open our luggage comfortably. While the room appeared clean initially, I had doubts about its cleanliness. I sneezed multiple times while inside, and the air purifier frequently indicated poor air quality. Items left on the table quickly gathered dust, and the curtains were visibly dusty. Furthermore, there was a persistent smell of urine near the toilet, despite its ostensibly clean appearance. Requesting daily room service revealed a lack of thorough cleaning, with stray hairs left behind in various areas. It seemed that only a cursory wipe-down was performed, contributing to the unpleasant odors. The design of the toilet bowl itself was flawed, lacking a soft-closing feature and more.Overall, our experience left much to be desired, we could have spent more time elsewhere and I cannot recommend this hotel to others.

We used this hotel as it is conveniently located next to the underground walkway, convenience store, and walking distance to Odori Park and the Sapporo Station. We ultimately did not have a good experience with this hotel. Room was dirty and was sort of falling apart. Even the elevator was poorly cleaned as there was dust built up and a poor attempt at cleaning it was shown. Right next to the bed there was what looked to be a yellow stain next to the bed and when the staff comes to clean and tuck the bed in, it should be noticeable that it is dirty and should be cleaned. We assumed maybe they missed a spot and tried to ignore it but when we had left for the day and the room was supposed to be cleaned, the spot was still there. Head board also had some stain on it as well that could have been wiped cleaned but wasn't. I thought I had taken a picture of it but I only found one where it was in the background. In person, it was more obviously yellow.Another problem we had was with the front staff. The day before we were going to have our luggage forwarded, I confirmed with the front desk if they offered or helped with the service. I spoke English so it can be assumed I am a foreigner not from there (and can be safe to assume I don't have a Japanese phone number). I asked a woman at the front desk the day before we wanted to ship our luggage if they do that, she said yes, no problem. So the next day when we have our luggage ready, it was a different staff, but he said no and I need a Japanese phone number. He helped me find the local luggage delivery spot but we didn't bother explaining what the other staff member from the previous day said as we found it was not worth the trouble. We also would have understood if we were told no from the get go. Fortunately the luggage delivery center was not too far away.

Really excellent location near Sapporo station. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and the hotel offers discounts for some of them. The price was really reasonable, and staff were friendly. The room was modern and clean.

Is a very busy hotel. Maybe is too busy the staffs forget to smile & welcome the guests. Staffs service need to improve. Never inform the tea / coffee is not in the room until we found it have to be redeem from the lobby. …

Absolutely APPALLED by the uncleanliness of our room. I’m doubtful that they even cleaned it at all before we came considering I found the last tenant’s pair of socks on the floor in front of the bed. It feels like they didn’t even look at the room before they gave us this one, let alone clean it.The corners of the wall had a THICK disgusting layer of dust leading me to believe that they hadn’t wiped it down in a LONG time. The curtains also had so much dust on it I felt disgusted to even go near it so I couldn’t open the curtains because it was so gross to even look at. I had my boyfriend wipe down the thick layer of dust next to the bed because I couldn’t bear to sleep next to it but I didn’t want to make a fuss so late at night. I felt like throwing up just looking at it and the amount of dust in the room entirely made me feel congested every time I went into the room. If you have sensitive sinuses I would not recommend staying here, especially for a longer period of time as you may get sick. The bathroom also smelled slightly of mold so I avoided being in it for longer than I needed to and avoided taking any showers or baths. The walls were covered in many dirt marks, the mirrors were not clean.I get that this is a budget hotel but cleanliness is the bare minimum. If you can’t do anything else at least have your rooms be clean and don’t cut corners doing it. The rooms also don’t come with their own WiFi, instead the whole building uses the same WiFi leading it to be very poor. I was actually unable to use the WiFi during our entire stay because it was so bad that nothing would load so I would just use my cellular data. If you are a tourist relying on public and hotel WiFi definitely do not stay here. The only reason why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is for the location alone. That and the price was the only good thing about it. It’s in prime location that is a very short walk away from both the snow festival and the main station. I suppose it’s good if you’re not a clean freak like me as it serves its purpose and for a budget but there were too many red flags to ignore I felt that I should leave a review to warn others.

Cancel the other hotel to continue stay for total of 4 days. Due to lazy to move from each hotel to each hotel under the snow period. But regret it. Because I don’t feel welcome by the staffs at all. …

The location is good. Staff are very nice. There are only two washing machines, so they need more.
