The wonderful rooms and large open-air baths are very nice and relaxing. It's soothing. Astronomical observation on the rooftop is also wonderful. I was able to actually see Saturn's rings and Jupiter's stripes.

Dealing with stink bugs during the night is left to the customer.

Stink bug! ! ! Stink bug! ! ! There were a lot of stink bugs in the room, which ruined our trip. Why aren't you making efforts to prevent insects from entering through the gaps in your windows? ? ?We stayed as a family of 3, and in all 3 rooms we were worried about stink bugs and had trouble sleeping. And the unique odor of stink bugs made me feel sick, and I almost never sat down at the relaxing table space by the window, instead spending most of my time on the bed. After checking in, I called the front desk and they came to catch the stink bugs, but the stink bugs invaded right away! ! !There's no one at the front desk at night, so if you have something to do, you can call the designated phone number, so I don't want to have to call over and over again, so I catch it on my own!My husband in particular got sick from killing stink bugs until morning.I was told to go to the front desk if a stink bug appeared, but there was no end. There was plastic and duct tape left in front of the elevator to help you catch it, but the vinyl ran out in no time.It smells like stink bugs even in front of the elevator! The open-air bath was nice and spacious, but there were giant spiders in the walking bath, so my daughter was scared while walking around.I don't recommend it to people who don't like insects. The customer service is also lackluster and there is no sense of hospitality.I won't go again even if it's half price.Spending money only makes me feel bad! !The next day, I stayed at Toya no Kaze Resort, also owned by Noguchi Kanko. The customer service was good, the greetings were polite, and the room and view were wonderful.I definitely recommend thisThe food was delicious at both hotels.I'm worried about hygiene, whether it's okay in the kitchen with so many stink bugs.
