Clean rooms, friendly staff… ..There aren’t many restaurants worth going to nearby… Not too much… .As this was my second place to stay in the second half of my trip… .I just took a taxi back and forth to Susukino...I heard that breakfast has also been renewed to the fall menu...Very disappointed…Every time I get on the elevator, the dust is so visible that it’s uncomfortable…If you like drinking, stay in accommodation in Susukino.Recommended… .

I stayed at several hotels in the same price range in Sapporo, but this one was the cleanest and had the best atmosphere.Everyone from the parking lot guide to the front desk staff for both check-in and check-out was quick to respond, smiling and very pleasant. We were directed to a partner parking lot, but we had a lot of luggage and it was a little difficult to move around.

I have not yet checked into the hotel, so I cannot comment on aspects of the stay. However, based on your communication, I must give the lowest rating possible. I have been trying to book a room and emailed your hotel four days ago, yet I have received no response. This is not an isolated incident, as previous emails have taken more than 2 weeks to receive a reply, which is completely unacceptable. As an international guest, email is my primary form of communication, and such delays raise serious concerns about the quality of service I can expect when I check in.
