Smallest room of our 6 weeks in Japan and also noisy because of the railway below.Breakfast was in a Beck's coffee place and did not suit us as it was only bread products and my wife is coeliac.The hotel is near the rail station but you have to use the subway to see Yokohama main attractionsWe would not recommend or stay again

I stayed there for one night after a concert at K Arena...The room was clean✨The toilet and bath were clean✨The door was smooth and there were no steps, so it was very nice✨After checking in and before the concert, I couldn't go out anymore and ended up staying in the room✨ It's nice to have a family mart ✨ I didn't have to rush home after the concert, so I headed to the hotel while enjoying the beautiful night view. Although it was on the side of the railroad tracks, I didn't have to worry about the sound of the trains, and it was actually quite comfortable ✨ I'm very satisfied!

Although it is a twin room, the bath and toilet are separate, there is a large TV, and each bed has an outlet, making it a very comfortable room.

This hotel was a convenient walk from Yokohama Station. There were plenty of places to eat nearby. The rooms were good size for Japan, since we had two beds and a sofa. Great find!

I have booked this hotel chain in several cities, but in Yokohama this is the smallest and most crowded room I have ever seen. The suitcase cannot be fully unfolded and 2 people cannot pass side by side in the aisle of the room. There is also a lot of noise on the side near the railway, so people who are sensitive to sound need to be careful.In addition, the public washing machines are very bad. There are 4 machines in total, but 2 are out of order and cannot be used normally. The waiting time for washing clothes is very long, and there is no suitable laundromat around.The good thing is that the front desk staff are friendly, patient in answering questions, and their professional attitude is worthy of recognition.

It was my first time to check in, so I was confused, but I managed to do it on my own. I think you will be able to check in smoothly once you get used to it. I'm glad you were able to upgrade your room. Although it was next to the railroad tracks, it wasn't noisy at all. It was convenient to be able to check the congestion status of the laundry on the TV screen in the room.The bathroom was clean and spacious enough to relax in. I would like to use it again when I stay in Yokohama.

As per the reviews, the location was great, very close to Yokohama Station.Also, there is a convenience store and cafe next door, so I didn't have any trouble buying drinks or food.However, as mentioned in other comments, the cleaning was not thorough and there was hair on the sink and bathtub, which was a bit unpleasant, so I will give this rating.

I stayed there over a Sunday and public holiday. This was my first trip to Yokohama, and it was very convenient to access from the station. However, there are three points that caught my attention.① The handle of the carry case I left before check-in was broken off on one side when I received it at check-in. It's not that I thought it was broken, but even though I was holding the broken handle as I carried it, there was no explanation given. *Is it because the person who left the carrier (female) and the person who brought it (male) were different? If it breaks, shouldn't there be a replacement?②The bath towel in the room had an unusual smell. I noticed it even when it was dry, but after taking a shower and wiping it off, it was really bad and the smell was unlike anything I've ever smelled, and I can't describe it. The other towel was still better.③When I went to the front desk to ask a question, the language and response of the foreign staff member who answered me felt a little scary and high-pressure.As for the noise that other people have written, it didn't bother me at all, probably due to the location of the room.

A common Sotetsu Fresa Inn.Sotetsu Fresa Inn has many rooms.I noticed that the cleaning was a little lax.Many of the guests are foreigners.What surprised me...I bought some alcohol at the Family Mart next door.They were drunk and talking loudly at the hotel entrance. Completely drunk.However, I was wondering why none of the hotel staff paid any attention to this.

It was beautiful. It's a business hotel, so I was able to stay in a spacious and clean room without having to worry about anything. I will also use it when I go on a business trip.

Close to the station so great for us as we stayed in Yokohama for one night as an in between transit city.Small rooms but fine as we only stayed to sleep.Well priced for Japan.Very do it yourself (ie self check in and checkout and you can help yourself to toiletries and other amenities) but there is staff onsite who are super helpful if you need.Worth it.

It was nice to be near the station, with a convenience store next door and lots of amenities. I guess the pajamas were just wrinkled. I guess the back bed is hard ~ I can hear the train quite a bit. The response is very kind and courteous.

Just a short walk from the stationEven when it's raining, there's no roof for about 200 meters? If it's raining lightly, you can go without an umbrella!The staff is very responsive and kind to children, so I'm very satisfied!The room had enough space to spread out luggage.

Because I booked it with a friend, I got off the train and found out that it was next to the railway track. I originally thought it would be very noisy, but it turned out that even if I stood in the lobby, there was almost no sound as the train passed by. The soundproofing was very good, not to mention the room. Neat and clean.
