The location is very convenient, but the reception staff was terrible. They didn't inform me of the code for self-check-in in advance, so when I asked them to send it again, they got into an argument over whether or not they had sent it, and they treated me very badly. It was the complete opposite of the polite customer service in English that I received from foreign tourists before. I felt discriminated against even though I was in Japan.

The location is near Hokkaido University, there is a Lawson just a short walk downstairs, and there are many restaurants in front, so there are many options, and it is also close to the hair salon where I made reservations. There is no doubt that the room is separated from dry and wet, and there is a small balcony where you can dry your laundry and shoes, but the room is small and the freezing of the refrigerator is not very easy to use, and it is difficult to check into a self-service hotel. Also, the washer/dryer on the second floor was broken, and the microwave was on the first floor.

Second use. Since it was used during the summer high season, it cost four times as much as the last time. I didn't expect it to be up to 4 times as expensive, but it's still cheaper than the surrounding hotels (most hotels raise their prices during the high season), so I decided to stay here. The room I stayed in last time had a washing machine, so I took advantage of that this time, but this time the room didn't have one. There was a laundry room so I used that. In Jalan, the notation is only in one place in the text, so it is difficult to understand, so be careful when writing the description of the room type.It was the same room except there was no washing machine.First review belowDespite the recent inbound tourism, we were able to stay at a low price. The rooms are new and clean as they have been renovated. However, overall it's a little cramped. Especially the toilet and bath.I mostly just slept and took a bath, so it was great. However, it might be a little difficult to stay there slowly.Recommended if you just want to sleep near the station.

I booked a room for four adults, and the hotel gave me a bunk bed that could only sleep two people, and told me to sleep on the floor as a bed. And the price is super expensive. I think this kind of operation is simply a scam!

I stayed in a deluxe double room on the 9th floor. There were two double beds on the second floor and one double bed, and the space and facilities were sufficient for a family of four including two children. There is a mini-kitchen, and you can use plates, chopsticks, forks, and spoons freely, but if you want to cook for yourself, you will have to rent cooking utensils for a fee. There is a washing machine, but there is no place to dry clothes on the balcony, so I hung them to dry indoors. The kids seemed to enjoy the two-story bed and said they would like to stay there again. It was the perfect accommodation for our family as it was cheap and close to Sapporo Station.I will use it again when I go to Sapporo.
