This time we will be talking about ``Lake Toya Tsuruga Resort Ko no Uta'' located in Sobetsu Onsen, Sobetsu Town, Usu District, Hokkaido. ``lUMIère'' means ``light'' in French. French cuisine that takes advantage of the taste of the ingredients in an elegant and attractive space with the warmth of natural light.Parfait, assorted vegetables, apple compote, roasted Toyako wagyu beef, celery puree from Date, birthday cake.

This is not the first row of lake views, and you can’t see fireworks.But to enjoy the quiet relaxation, you must stay for two nights.The butler's attentive service is like incognito mode, but you always feel like you are well taken care of. The chef also changed the dishes for two days. The freshly made juice for breakfast is very healthy and I like this kind of local exquisite meals.There are many activities and ingenuity in the design of the entire hotel. The performers talked about the harp and played during the meal. It is really a triple enjoyment of sight, hearing and taste.The hot spring bath in the room is the best. The hot water is continuously hot. You don’t need to fill the water yourself. It is very simple and easy to take a bath at any time.The welcome drink also includes red and white wine. It is an impressive hotel.

The food, the room, the open-air bath, and the scenery were all wonderful and relaxing. The only thing I was disappointed with was that there was no explanation about drinks at the breakfast buffet, and although there was something like a drink counter a little further back, I didn't know if I should use it, so I ended up drinking only water.However, I was very happy with their thoughtful attention to detail, such as making me rice balls for the rice that I couldn't finish during the kaiseki dinner, and when the cake I ordered at the cafe was out of stock, they gave me an extra item as a service.

Calm your mind. Everything is fineLike an art museum. Let the years be peaceful🥰The fly in the ointment here is:1. Dinner in the private room at night, no windowsIt’s a pity that the environment is not well utilized🥺🙃🙄2. On the comb of the hair dryer in the room, there is a hair of the former resident😱😱😱3. Outdoor bathing in Dazhong Pool, you can’t see the beautiful scenery (you have to stand up to enjoy the scenery)

One of Best hotel in lake toyaBeautiful New design of buildingExcellent service of the staffthe interior is beautifulwe can enjoy free house wine or softdrink at the lounge in the eveningVery well recommended hotelthe downside is only the dinnerthe choice is only french set menuor japanese set menuthey should make half buffet with ( one main dish as main course french/ japanese and additional light buffet. ( for guest who cant enjoy 100% japanese food or french food still have option )as per 2024/10/5

Although the location is not by Lake Toya, it is relatively quiet, the environment is very good, and the scenery is beautiful. At night, you can climb up the Light Bridge behind to see the night view. Unfortunately, you can only see a little fireworks. The service staff are very kind and courteous. The room It's great to be able to have a bath inside. There are different desserts in the refrigerator for you to try every day. There are caramel puddings and grapefruit tarts that are delicious. The hotel facilities are a little less, but you come here to relax and enjoy the bath. Yes, it is recommended to stay at least two nights. It is strongly recommended to choose Japanese style for dinner (you must book in advance because there are only 10 private rooms). French food is really not popular. The breakfast is delicious, with Japanese and Western options. There are also many flavors of smoothies (all of which are delicious). The counter staff at night did not speak English very well, but they still tried their best to communicate with us using translation software and helped us solve our problems. Thank you very much to them. They provided free drinks and snacks. Snacks are served next to the bar. I enjoy drinking drinks and listening to live music. I really couldn't bear to leave after staying for three days this time. I feel that I have relaxed my body and mind a lot. There are not many tourists here, and there is no queue for breakfast. It’s crowded. It’s really recommended for those who want to relax on vacation.

I only used the cafe. Surrounded by light, sound, trees, and water, sweets&tea, walking back and forth between the cafe and Kono-no-ji was a space where you could forget about everyday life and time. I'll come back later.

Used for consecutive nights.Your dog can stay with you too 😃At this time of year, fireworks 🎆 are going off at Lake Toya, but I was relieved that I wasn't surprised by the sound of the fireworks as I was a little far away ❗On the other hand, it's a little far away to watch the fireworks, so I recommend a different accommodation.We had Japanese food for dinner both days.It was delicious.The downside is that on the second day, the dishes were only served with maple leaves (maple?). I guess it would have been better without it. Keep it to sashimi level.I couldn't eat much breakfast, probably because of my age❗Our Myanmar employees are working hard.In a sense, I felt better than the hall staff who came on a temporary basis....This is just my personal opinion 😀

Thank you for your help. The staff is there with an exquisite sense of distance that never leaves you. I think this is an inn that will give you good memories. It was all things I had never seen before, and it was really soothing.
