The room equipment is new and the space is large. There are hot springs, free afternoon tea, late night snacks, and free popsicles, Yakult, and soda at the hot spring area.Breakfast quality is also very good.

This is a Kyoritsu group hotel located about 10 minutes from Hakodate Station. This is a relatively new hotel that opened in May of last year. It's less than half the size of La Vista Hakodate, but it has something of a miso feel to it. La Vista is famous for its breakfast 🥣, but Annex is less than half the size, so I was able to enjoy my meal in peace without being crowded. The bath on the 10th floor had a nice view and the hot springs were of high quality.

My second visit to Hakodate was by Shinkansen.Choice for seafood for breakfast 😍Although the room is a Western-style room, it has the feel of a Japanese-style room, making it a very relaxing space. The hot spring is on the top floor and has a spectacular view of the ocean and Mt. Hakodate! The spring quality is rich in salt and very smooth.Ice cream after bathing🍦Coke and Yakult are also nice😄Dinner is Chinese, but is it creatively similar to Japanese food? ✨main breakfastIkura & Squid & SalmonSparkling & sake in the morningAnd the pudding🍮 is the best🥰Great with sparkling 😍My wife was also very satisfied 🥰

I chose a plan that included two meals and all-you-can-drink.The all-you-can-eat sushi was better than I expected, but I was told that the last order would be in 60 minutes, probably due to the two-part system, so considering that I could only order up to 5 pieces at a time, I didn't want to order that much. I can't help but feel that it is well organized.I feel that the quality of the breakfast is higher than that of a popular nearby hotel, and the seafood is fresher. It was so crowded that if it was after 8 o'clock, you could get in right away without lining up.The only thing that is inferior to other popular hotels is the view from the room. I was told that there was a possibility that I would be assigned a room that was dim and poorly lit even during the day, and that I could not ask for my request. If I were assigned such a room, I would feel like I was missing out, so I don't think it was worth the price. No.The structure of the rooms and the in-house facilities (large public bath) are an extension of a business hotel, so I don't think there is much difference.

The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, even for elderly people. When we visited, the welcome drink corner had melon tea, sweets, and many other drinks that you could enjoy as soon as you arrived. For those who don't want to take a communal bath with others, there are three types of private open-air baths available (cypress, rock, and brick), so you can enjoy them whenever they are available. I was able to enjoy the view from the open-air bath in the large public bath, and my skin became smooth in the sauna and several types of outdoor baths. Yakult, guarana, mineral water, and popsicles were also provided free of charge. For those who have room in their stomachs, they seemed to be able to enjoy the night naki soba as a midnight snack.
