Day trip bathing is not so good. Even with towels, the hot springs are expensive and lukewarm.

Highly recommended hot spring hotel! Traditional retro style, and exquisite and friendly service. It's very comfortable to soak in the hot springs. The meals use seasonal ingredients, professional cooking techniques, and local specialties, which are very satisfying. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to and from Sapporo. You need to make a reservation by phone in advance, which is very convenient.

This is my second time staying here. The bathroom, the room, the food, the service, everything is wonderful. This time we had a room that had just been renovated. I was so relaxed that I didn't want to go home.Even though I was full at breakfast, I still had something I wanted to eat, which was a problem.

We came here for the day to use the onsen. Very clean and nice open-air setting. I'd come back and stay for the night.

I visited with my family.Anyway, the food here is delicious. I ended up having trouble eating too much dinner and breakfast. It would be great if they could sell the sujiko that was served at breakfast at the gift shop! (Sorry if that's true)The customer service was very polite and kind, and everyone had a smile on their faces and made my stay comfortable.I thought it was a hostel with a lot of stairs and steps, such as having to climb the stairs from the front desk to reach the elevator, but I was glad that there was an employee nearby who helped me load and unload my suitcase. .I couldn't enjoy it all in one night, so I would like to visit again.

I stayed in the dog room. This was my third time this year and it was the worst. The whole family was shocked at his poor behavior.・While I was sleeping, the TV in the Japanese-style room suddenly turned on at 5:30 a.m. and the news was playing at high volume, waking everyone including the dog and making me feel sick from lack of sleep.・The screen door sash suddenly comes off with a noise.-Ventilation vents are clogged with dust・I spilled water on the floor and when I wiped it, the cloth turned black.・The quality of the food has further deteriorated (it can be helped that the amount of rice provided has decreased due to the rice shortage, but even apart from that, the food is terrible... overall it's really not delicious)The service is not worth the price at all. Even if it can't be helped that the building is old, is it impossible to repair broken parts or keep it clean? The staff were all new, so I didn't feel any hospitality. I conveyed the above information to the staff, but the reaction was that I was unsure whether it was properly conveyed.I was really disgusted. I want my money and valuable time back. It was a very disappointing stay.

Thank you for staying with us on the third day of our 4 nights and 5 days trip to Hokkaido. We were a little tired after staying at the hotel, but the exterior had a calming atmosphere, which made us feel relieved. At the entrance, young ladies helped us with our luggage, and when we entered the building they gave us warm towels. From there, I felt comfortable and the greetings from all the staff were nice. There were various souvenirs near the front desk, so I was able to enjoy looking at them while checking in. When I entered the room, there were two double beds, and I thought it would sleep 4 people...I was a little disappointed, but they laid out two futons for me while I was eating. I was grateful. We were told that dinner would be crowded early in the day, so we were introduced to an illumination show that was being held nearby. We got our tickets and headed out. I was able to enjoy it along with Kappa's story. After we finished, we went to dinner and had a delicious meal. The fish was beautiful and the portion was plentiful. The presentation was beautiful and it was a feast for both the eyes and the taste! The seasoning was a little bland, but for those of us who were still traveling, it was a flavor that pleased our stomachs. Everything was delicious! !The bath has a unique atmosphere and I was a little scared, so I gave it a 4 star rating! lol. This is my personal impression! I was also allowed to visit the night lounge and had coffee while taking a footbath, which was very satisfying. I have never experienced such a wonderful ryokan before, so this may seem like an exaggeration, but it was truly wonderful. The staff, food, and hospitality were wonderful. There are so many things I want to tell you, so I want everyone to take advantage of it! ! I can only say that the warmth of the people is wonderful. I will definitely go again!
