I was worried when I booked this hotel because there were so many bad reviews. It was convenient because I didn't have to pay to store my luggage. The room was very clean and even the inside of the microwave was kept clean!I booked a twin room because my suitcase was large, but it was nice to have a separate shower and bath. However, from the window, is it the hotel next door? The view is bad, but other than that I have no complaints.Honestly, this was the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Hokkaido.I would like to make a reservation next time if I come nearby.

There was a lot of mold on the curtain that separated the bath and toilet. It's mold that can be removed by rubbing the fabric, and the lack of cleaning is terrible.I have allergic rhinitis, so I'm allergic to mold and dust, which causes me to cough, sneeze, and itchy eyes, so when I told the staff, they just said, ``I'm sorry,'' and they said, ``Instead of saying, ``I'm sorry,'' I didn't want to write a review. You wrote a lot about the lack of cleaning, and you said it would be resolved, right? "I'm sorry!" I asked, "I'm sorry! All I can say is that! ” and was scolded. The person who helped me was a staff member in his late 40's to early 50's.I'm sorry for writing such a review before looking at the other staff's responses, but I don't want to stay there again, and this is the first time I've experienced a hotel this bad.If you have small children or have allergies, please be careful and don't just think, ``I'm okay here because it's cheap.''
