Pros:The service staff are very kind and polite.Cons:Really noisy! Really noisy! Really noisy! So noisy that I couldn't sleep. Even after 12 o'clock at night, there was still music or the sound of motorcycles refueling outside, making it impossible to fall asleep. This area is really noisy. It's fine for shopping, but it's not feasible for accommodation. The room is very small, about the same size as an average business hotel at half the price here, and there is no desk, making it very unsuitable for business use.The travel group loves the store (mainly Cantonese speakers), and when taking the elevator, I often encounter an army of suitcases swarming in.The breakfast looks pretty good in photos, but tastes ordinary. 10/15 The chef at the omelette bar accidentally dropped the sauce spoon on the rag, leaving a trace of sauce. Still pretending it was okay, he quietly put it back into the sauce.

Convenient on COCONO SUSUKINO.I was disappointed that there was hair in the bathtub and it made me feel uncomfortable. It's a small detail, but the tissue paper box was half sized and difficult to take out, which made it very inconvenient. It's noisy at night, but it can't be helped since it's Susukino.Breakfast seems to be understaffed, and there is no staff to talk to you about the slow replenishment. I don't like sea urchin when it comes to omelettes, so I would have been happy if there were other sauce options. The uncle was unfriendly and the omelet looked like it was made by an amateur. They also made grilled rice balls and I wanted to try them, but they never refilled them. It was disappointing to see that even when I called out to him, there was a line for omelettes and the old man ignored me and pretended not to hear me.

Although it wasn't on the upper floor, the view from the window and the location were perfect.I would like the breakfast start time to be at least 30 minutes earlier. There are long lines.

It was a very clean hotel. The air conditioner shuts off when I go out, but other than that the room is fine. The food was plentiful and delicious. I think yogurt was my favorite. The sea urchin omelet is a little strange. Also, the sashimi was delicious. The disappointing point is that if you're alone, you can't afford to sit at the counter. However, I don't like making eye contact with other people in full view.It was so hard to eat that I avoided the counter the next day after staying there for several nights to accommodate my friend's meal time, which didn't really fit my schedule.

Best❤️The location is really greatAll restaurants are nearbyYou can go anywhere comfortablyGenghis Khan long taco, hairy crab soup curry, shabu shabu, etc. There were all kinds of good restaurants, so I went around comfortably.Room condition is good! It’s a new hotel so it’s very clean~~The view is really nice (twin room)The Ferris wheel and TV tower are clearly visible on both sides ^^It is also connected to a subway station, and there is a shopping mall under the hotel, making it convenient to use.And be sure to stop by the new Nikasang photo spot and take a picture haha.Because I visited during the peak season, I chose it when the price was high (Klook)Still, I think it's the best choice.Located on the 7th floor of the complex shopping mall Cocono SusukinoSupermarket on the 2nd basement floorSapporo Marche, Starbucks, Dongguri Bakery on the 1st basement floor1st floor Lawson, Ainz & Thorpe Drug, Live Booth2nd floor Daiso, ABC Mart3rd floor Samurai Soupuri (Restaurant area)4th floor Okonomiyaki Fugetsu (Restaurant & Bar)5th floor Toho Cinema7th floor Stream Hotel lobbyTake the exclusive elevator on the 4th, 5th, and 7th floors of Kokono Susukino's central gate, check in at the 7th floor lobby, and then take the separate elevator for inner rooms.

The room is new and clean, with practical partitions. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, making it hygienic and comfortable. The view is good, you can see the Ferris wheel. The breakfast is delicious and has many food choices. I especially recommend the Hokkaido milk ice cream, which is great.

The convenience of being directly connected to Susukino Subway Station, and the fact that it opened in January this year, made the room very clean! At night, there are people performing on the street and making noise, so it's a bit annoying, but I guess it can't be helped since it's located in a location. I was also thankful that there was a microwave next to the coin laundry on the 8th floor so I could warm up the things I bought at convenience stores! There was a wine tasting set up next to the front desk, and it was delicious. I also wish there were non-alcoholic drinks.
