I used this hotel because I needed to stay in Sapporo between a business trip and a holiday the next day.I chose this hotel because all the hotels and hostels were full, I could stay within my budget, and I thought it looked good after looking at the photos. However, in my honest opinion, I cannot say that it was worth the price I paid. (The capsule hotel I stayed at in Susukino before my business trip was half the price of what I paid here, and the facilities were better than I expected, so I ended up comparing it.)First of all, it's good that it's unmanned, but there isn't enough guidance to cover that.I was guided to my room, but it was difficult to understand which floor it was on, where the shared facilities were, which one was for the common rooms, which one was for women, etc., so I had a very unpleasant experience. Also, there are no lockers, so if you check in late, you won't be able to get in, and even if you do get in, there won't be any space to open and spread out.Since I had some valuables in my suitcase, I had to lift them into my room on the second floor, which cut down on my sleeping space by about half.I didn't have a place to store my shoes, so I kept them next to the ladder, but I was worried about what would happen if they were mistakenly worn or stolen.I don't know if the photo was taken before or after hours, but it was completely different from the stay I had imagined from the photo. The bathrooms and common areas did not seem clean overall (I wonder if the room number is written on duct tape), the aforementioned security issues with lockers and entrances and exits, and minimal guidance. I don't think I'll use it again because it's a little farther from the station than other hotels and hostels in Sapporo.

-Terrible hostel with no advantages other than a great location1. The space is extremely narrow. There is really no place to pack luggage. The space upstairs is also dangerous. It is so narrow that it is difficult to carry luggage.2. The sleeping curtain does not contribute anything to the privacy space at all (pictured)3. The toilet smells bad4. The male and female signs in the restroom are not obvious, but there are still boys using the female restroom.5. The check-in instructions were difficult to understand. The staff saw me stuck in front of the check-in machine and did not provide any help.To sum up, I would not recommend anyone to stay here at all.

The good:- position is great, 10 minutes by foot from Sapporo station- the bed is « bigger » than in other hostels, meaning you have space on the side to put some stuff (not your suitcase though)- plenty of big lockers available- a sufficient amount of showers- quiet (outside)The meh:- a lot of lockers unavailable because the previous owners did not leave them in « reset mode ». They had to open all the lockers to check which one were empty (they let me know beforehand)- lacking one more toilet in my opinion- the bathroom is just next to the beds, if you have disrespectful roommates it can mean hearing them dry their hair at midnight- no service: you check in via a tablet. The hostel is on top of a cute restaurant (the lady working there is great), so it’s a bit awkward. You don’t know who to ask questions. The bad:- dirty! The bathroom floor was not cleaned once in the 3 nights I slept there. Hair everywhere, as you can imagine. Same for the bathroom trash, fuller and fuller everyday. This I can not accept.

As I was using the bathroom on the 3rd floor, which I thought was for women only, I was very surprised when men came in one after another. I only found out later by looking at Google reviews and the hostel's response, but I was told that the "3rd floor is for women only" system had already been abolished. In response to a review requesting that information regarding this should be disseminated, the hostel responded that they would take action as soon as possible. The ``women only'' sign that was placed on the premises has not even been removed. This could cause serious trouble for both men and women who use the service, so please take immediate action. Also, the partition attached to the bed space is slightly open at the top, so if the bed is on the lower bunk, people walking nearby will be able to peek inside, and people on the upper bunk across from you will see you.For the reasons mentioned above, we do not recommend its use to women. It's a shame because there were plenty of amenities, there was no problem with cleanliness or functionality, and the exterior and interior were stylish.

I was going through the advance check-in procedure, but the tablet at the reception didn't work and the QR code wasn't displayed. In the end, I asked for a video call, but the check-in was in English lol.Well, I won't be asked anything difficult, so it's not a problem, but I need to know the bed number and the night key. They just tell you the number and don't give any explanation about the facility.Dmitri doesn't hire people like this these days.I have the impression that there is an increase inI get the impression that various necessary costs have been omitted here.

I went for a walk in the morning and when I came back, another drunk person was sleeping.Anyone can enter except from 10pm to 6pm, so I think it's possible to use it regardless of whether you check in or not, but there are security issues. The room is clean. The lights are on throughout the room even late at night, so I would like them to be turned off after 10pm.

The air conditioner wasn't working well, so it was cold. However, the warm water didn't work well, so it was difficult to shower, and there was no separate place to store shoes in the room, so my feet smelled really bad. It's worth going for less than 20,000 won per night, but I booked for 75,000 won, so it was a waste of money. Yes

This is the worst accommodation in Japan. The moment you open the front door, there is a strong curry smell. The common area smells like curry all day long. You have to go through a very inconvenient self-check-in process. You must also make a Skype call during the self-check-in process. There is almost no sound. If you come early and do self-check-in, and go after 4pm, the staff tells you to start the check-in process again from the beginning. But it turns out there was no need for that. The room air conditioner is broken, but the property will not be repaired. The room is very hot. There were more personal lockers than the number of people in the room, but in reality, all of the lockers were locked and could not be used. When you ask an employee to solve it, they say it's not their job.The staff tells me, 'You can't use it if you come later than 4 o'clock check-in.'At night, drinking parties take place on the first floor. The employee is talking with drunken customers on the first floor until late at night. The accommodation encourages drinking parties to take place at night. The property offers a free drink. It appears that the purpose of the accommodation is to run a bar that sells alcohol. It's hard to sleep because of the noise from drunk people. This is the worst accommodation I've stayed in while traveling in Japan. It is especially surprising that this worst accommodation was found in Sapporo, Japan.
