1. The room equipment is not very new, but it is nice to be able to watch the fireworks through the glass in the room.2. To say that it is a must-stay hotel when visiting Lake Toya is a bit exaggerated, especially since its restaurant meals, whether for breakfast or dinner, do not include scallops or salmon eggs as yet mentioned. However, I did see potatoes that looked like scallops and were not salmon. Egg of dark red (?) egg3. In short, I don’t know if a lot of Taiwanese people came to stay there. The food part is very different from the past. The house price is not high, but the quality of breakfast and dinner at Yunpin in Taiwan should be much better. If you want to talk about the best hotel in Lake Toya, I personally recommend Konosu (Sun Palace Annex).

I stayed here for 2 nights. The hot springs are very satisfying, with standing baths, two types of saunas, and an open-air bath. Despite the large number of guests staying there, it wasn't too crowded. The room was beautifully designed with a view of Lake Toya, and the bed was comfortable. However, are the details well-maintained? There was a lot of dust accumulating in various places, and there were a lot of things that were worrisome. Even though it's impossible to wipe it down every day, I thought it would be a good idea to check it at least once a week. In the public areas, the elevator hall's up/down buttons are placed on pillars at a distance from the doors, but there was a lot of dust at the top. You may not be able to see it if you are short, but if you are around 180cm tall, you will be surprised to see the dust appearing close up right in front of you.The worst part is the food. I chose the buffet plan for both meals, but for dinner, entry is restricted in 15-minute increments to avoid crowding, but leaving is not enforced, so it's chaotic. I lined up at the sushi corner, but the line didn't move at all, probably because there were so many Tokua groups. I gave up and went back to my seat. I tried again a couple of times, but in the end I couldn't get it. In the end, we decided to end the meal early and go eat at a restaurant outside. After leaving the room overnight, breakfast was in even worse condition, so we recommend starting at 8:30 for tickets. I went there at that time because it was written, but unlike dinner, I was given a "mealing" tag to put on the table and had to find a table myself. I searched for an empty seat starting from the end, but there were none, so I returned the ticket, collected the meal ticket, and tried again an hour later. This time there was a long line to get a ticket. The situation is even worse than before. I didn't want to waste any more time on my meal, so I decided to buy it at the Seicomart across the street and have it in my room.On the second day, I got a ticket for dinner at 5:30 p.m. just before it started, but the situation remained the same. I am shown to a seat between tables overflowing with leftover dishes. There were Chinese groups making loud noises around them. It was not an environment where I could eat slowly, so I left again and went to a restaurant outside. On the morning of the third day, I didn't have time to eat at the hotel anymore, so I woke up and headed straight to Secoma.Did it just happen to be an unlucky day where all the guests were Chinese and Korean? Or is it always like this? I don't know, but apart from the scale of the hot springs, I think you'll be treated much better at a higher-priced business hotel. If it is an accommodation facility exclusively for Tokua, I would like them to notify us in advance.During the day, Tokua guests climbed over the fence and climbed down to the roof of the dining room (I think it was on the 4th floor level) for a big photo shoot. I contacted the front desk immediately, but they left me alone without any response. I was amazed at Tokua's recklessness, but I was also surprised at the low level of safety awareness at the hotel. I don't think I'll ever visit again. The lake lake where I stayed before was better.

The view from the window and the fireworks are amazingThe room was clean and nice, but it was so hot that I had to borrow a fan.I was also able to borrow my grandchild's toys, building blocks and blocks, to play with in his room. Most of the customers at the buffet restaurant were foreigners, so we were able to enjoy our meal in peace.I felt a sense of hospitality as the front desk staff and employees greeted me in a pleasant manner. One thing that bothered my family was that the elderly person who was making the sushi at the buffet didn't seem very nice, and even though my sister didn't get the sushi she ordered, she was too scared to tell him.I also went to eat sushi at a different time, but I felt very sluggish. The next customer was a foreigner and I couldn't understand the language, so he was listening to my order with a bit of annoyance, and I was sitting next to him listening, so it wasn't very pleasant. Most of the employees at other restaurants were foreigners, but they served customers well.I know it's hard to make sushi for so many customers, but it's a main dish that everyone looks forward to.Please make sure your employees take plenty of breaks, take turns, and serve customers in a professional manner. With this, no matter how good the sushi toppings are, taste is reduced by halfThat's why I'm reducing the number of stars. The bath was good

Although the fireworks only lasted for 20 minutes, I was very impressed to see them from my room. The open-air bath with a nice view was also great.

Perhaps because it was a weekday, the hotel was kind enough to upgrade us to Nonokaze Club! The room was clean and spacious, especially the sofa was large and comfortable.Dinner and breakfast was a buffet, but it was beautifully arranged and delicious. As for the baths, there was a hot spring bath and a medicinal bath in the indoor bath, and a mandarin orange bath on the day I went to the daily bath. The view of Lake Toya and Mt. Yotei from the open-air bath was very beautiful, and the fireworks were spectacular as they went off right in front of our eyes. When I looked up, I could faintly see the constellation Orion, but I think it looks better in winter. The service was very good and it was a very good stay.

Checked in on 10/14. The attitude of the reception staff really needs to be improved. The shuttle bus staff had a check-in list and we got on the bus. When the bus arrived at the door, the receptionist got on the bus and called out your name before you could get off the bus and enter. For some reason, you entered before you finished calling. The remaining three groups of us and other passengers looked at each other, wondering what to do? Finally, we decided to get off the bus, queued up on our own, and were finally taken to the self-service check-in, where we were allowed to operate the machine by ourselves. We didn’t even have the WIFI password for the room, so we went downstairs to ask. This kind of reception is really not the attitude that such a large hotel group should have, and I hope it can be improved.
