Thank you for your help this time.I think it's a good value for money hotel, but there are a few things I'm concerned about, so I'd like to write them down below for your reference.・The room is very dry, probably because there is no ventilation.・Water pressure in the bathroom is insufficient (even though it is on the 6th floor). Ventilation is almost not working.-Elevators close quickly.-The room itself is large, but there is only one small window, so it feels a little cramped.Personally, I think Bijiho is better.

Biggest complaint, the rooms and hotel are disgusting, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere. The amount of mould in the bathroom is disgusting but also along the windows. The bathroom fans in our room didn’t work.Unacceptable even at this price point and shows complete disregard for guests.Positives, good location, parking system worked well, staff friendly, room was huge.Would be really good if not for the cleanliness.

I made a reservation because it was often featured on social media. The room itself was clean, but there was no public bath and the sauna was 2,000 yen per person, which was not what I expected. There were no toiletries or lotions, which was disappointing considering it's a reasonably priced hotel... There was an elevator, but the door closed quickly, making it very difficult to use. It was my first time in Hokkaido and I was looking forward to the hotel itself, so I was very disappointed...(;_;) It was convenient that there was a Seicomart right in front of the hotel.

The rooms were good. The customer service was also good. The worst part was that even though it was October, I could only use the air conditioner. Blankets and electric stoves were available for rent. The elevator never came. When I thought I had arrived, I waited for someone to get off, and when I tried to enter, the door closed and I went upstairs again. Damn, I was pissed. Breakfast is quite crowded. I can't relax at all. It was difficult to eat as I was shown to a seat at the entrance. I think the breakfast venue is definitely small compared to the capacity of the guest rooms. The taste is not so good, so I think it would be better to have breakfast at a nearby cafe. Wi-Fi was also quite slow and there were many times when it was unusable. There are two convenience stores right in front of the house, so it's convenient. There are LAWSON and Seicomart.

I stayed there for around 6,000 yen. The room was spacious and kept clean, making it a great stay for the quality. The lobby had a luxurious and quiet feel, and was air-conditioned to make it comfortable. It felt nice to be in a calm space, away from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area. I would like to use it again.

Pros: Good price and spacious rooms. Parking is 1,300 yen per day and you can enter and exit freely, making it great for rental car travel. There is usually no free parking in Japanese hotels located downtown in major cities. It's convenient because there are Lawson and Seiko convenience stores right in front.Disadvantages: The window in the superior twin room is narrow and long, small and does not open.Overall, the cleaning condition is not good. The sofa had big stains and dirt that made it impossible to sit on. Lots of dust with carpeted floor. There was melted water and an ice bucket in the refrigerator. Except for the hotel lobby, the rooms from the hallways to the rooms had a musty smell similar to that of a motel. No free bottled water provided. When you come into the lobby, it's nice, but most business hotels don't provide anything in the lobby, such as coffee or water. Service is not good. The TV is small and not a smart TV so YouTube does not work. The blanket is heavy. It seems to be a cotton blanket. Not hotel style bedding.I'm covering up all the shortcomings by saying that it's cheap and spacious. If the price is similar to other hotels nearby when making a reservation, I wouldn't bother coming here.
