Check out this facility from the BBQ siteI made a reservation, but the event was canceled due to store circumstances.No matter how many times I call, I can't connect and it's the 4th or 5th time?I thought we were finally connected.Phone support is also poor. Actually, I'm too amateur.Moreover, it was canceled due to store circumstances.However, the subsequent response wasThrow it all here.At least from the store to the BBQ site.Wouldn't it be okay if I sent you a message?I wonder if the part-time lady answered the phone.If so, I can just barely forgive it.

1). The room is tiny for 3 people’s room. The bathroom is tiny, no tub.
2). No service at all!! At one day we lost hot water so I called and messaged the emergency number they gave, no reply within 24 hours.

To this day, I have yet to find a hotel that I like as much as this place. It remains a special place in my and my friends hearts. We always have a great time here and the staff are very accommodating. Rooms can be very large and have full bathrooms and washing and drying in unit.

The four of us stayed in this hotel for seven nights and had a great time. Although there is no one at the front desk, it is very convenient to use email to communicate what you need. If given the opportunity, I will definitely choose to stay again.

Our whole family spent the winter holidays staying here. We loved the lovely view of the river and the super cosy rooms. Rooms are aesthetically furnished and fully stocked with cooking, washing, entertainment facilities. Everything was wonderfully maintained, clean and new. The only shortcoming is that it takes about a 10min walk to get to the main shopping area and to the nearest JR station. Otherwise highly recommended

Love the hotel especially for family with kids. Amazing layout with plenty of sleeping space, toilets, bathroom and washer/dryer. Cool gadgets in the room as well. Right beside a 7-11 for your basic needs. Oh...had a lovely view of the river from our room.

We were very pleased with this modern hotel/apartment. We had a 2-bedroom and each had a toilet and a shower area (one with bathtub). Beds were spacious and comfortable. Each room has its own aircon, air sanitizer, projector or TV. Washer cum dryer was also provided. The only downside was it didn’t have a parking lot at its premises. Most important of all it was very clean. We would surely recommend this property to our friends and would come back to stay if ever we are back in Sapporo:)Ps: it’s abt 5 mins walk to the airport bus stop - that’s an extra star ⭐️

We stayed for a few nights, plenty of instructions in English and we were able to get where we needed to quite easily. The connecting rooms were good for several people.The bath and showers were very nice with a good pressure in winter. The kitchenette and available washer/dryer really made the stay comfortable. It was very warm and comfortable without issue in the middle of winter.Would stay again, thanks for the straightforward communication regarding the reservation.

Unmanned check-in and check-outIt's quiet and clean.However, since it is a heating system with a hot air blower, it is dry.You should frequently open windows and ventilate.7-Eleven is right in frontIt is convenient to purchase food

Everything!We originally planned to stay for 4N only but it turned into 8N! At the end, we were sad to leave this place. We loved the bedding configuration (kids on top bunks, adults on bottom), separation of spaces (closed rooms for bedding, entrances, bathrooms, toilets, etc), ease of check-in (password provided for digital lock), huge bath that you can auto fill with your desired set temperature, location (quiet side of susukino but still close enough to walk to centre of Sapporo), TV screen projector (huge projector to watch Netflix, YouTube, Nintendo switch, etc), super helpful staff (who were very attentive and nice to us). Definitely will not stay anywhere else in Sapporo next time!

Although it is a little far from the station,This is a very high cost performance hotel! !We stayed for about 3,000 yen per night for two people.The interior is stylish and modern.The bed and window are large, and there is even a washer/dryer.Furthermore, it is fully equipped with amenities.You can go empty-handed.(You must bring your own makeup remover, face wash, and contact cleaning solution.)I think it's quite suitable for medium to long term stays.There is also a convenience store nearby!Towels are not changedWhile you're out during the dayLeave the washing and drying at nightIt felt so good to be able to use freshly washed towels!I could wash my clothes at the same time, which was very convenient.The Toyohira River flows outside the window.The green and the sky are so bright! That being said,I've been happy since this morning.We were also able to take a walk along the riverbed ✨Yuiichi, I was disappointed that there was no bathtub, just a shower.According to my companion, is there a public bath in Sapporo? hot spring? There is also one.If you can go there, it has to be in winter.That's great! !We had a wonderful time.Thank you very much✨

It's close to Susukino, and there are many convenience stores and restaurants near the accommodation, so it's very convenient.The kitchen is simple enough to prepare meals, but the location is good so it's not a problem.The bath is spacious and relaxing.There are also two toilets, which are comfortable.I was able to enjoy the view of the Toyohira River from the large windows, and was able to relax both physically and mentally.We stayed with 4 people and the living room was spacious and comfortable.I want to use it again.

The ceiling was high and there was a feeling of openness, and the view from the window was amazing! (I used room 503)There are 2 baths, 2 toilets, and 5 beds, so I think it's great for staying with friends!

It had a casual and luxurious feel, and I was able to have a stay that I couldn't get at a hotel.There was a sense of luxury in the bath and washroom. The mirror in the bathroom and the lighting in the bathroom can be changed to different modes, and the spacious bathtub has a reheat function, making it look like a model house.The room had a casual and bright atmosphere, and the bunk beds gave me a sense of excitement as I returned to my childhood, while also relaxing on the fluffy beds.It's a little bit from Susukino, so it's quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle, which is great.Also, the room we used had a great view of the river, worthy of the name Riverside.It's an undisputed 5 star.
