overall, a great affordable choice for a city hotel in Sapporo.1. Location: So perfect 🤩 it is right in the city center. The hotel has a back entrance that leads straight into the Tanukikoji Shopping Street, just a few minutes walk from the Airport Limousine Bus station and the JR station.2. Hotel amenities: Free snacks, drinks, ice cream, and open lobby space was really so convenient and the honestly so nice to have. The indoor and outdoor onsen are a nice addition. I took a bath every night. The only negative aspect is that the onsen is small, especially the women’s outdoor bath (I honestly think it if the hotel could expand the women’s outdoor bath, it would be much better). The onsen does get crowded sometimes especially at night, but I really only had to wait 15 minutes max.3. Hotel room: Standard Double Room is small but adequate and definitely enough. The addition of the Humidifier is really nice because Sapporo does get dry in the Autumn/ Winter times.

Location: right inside of the Tanukikoji Shopping Street, lots of food and shopping around the area. There's 7-11, Lawson, Family Mart within 2-3 mins of walking distances as wellService: The staff were so friendly and helpful all the timeRooms: The rooms are perfect for families. We got the room with three beds and my family of three were all able to get some good sleep during the trip. It's also very clean and everything in it was easy to operate. I do wish there were more spaces to hang up clothes and towels since we stayed 7 daysFacility: There's a public bath on the 2nd floor and it's very clean. The lounge is spacious and quiet, open 24 hours to use.Parking: We parked at the hotel parking lot and it's very easy. Price is also reasonable for 24 hour parking. Just need to make sure to reserve your spot when you leave and come back.

Five adults used the connecting room. Thank you to all the staff for their friendly hospitality. The room was a little small, but it had a large bath, so I used it comfortably. All rooms and other facilities are clean. The location is also in the center of Susukino, and the back door of the hotel is connected to the arcade shopping mall and the escalator leading to the Pole Town underground shopping mall, which is good. Don Quijote and many shops are within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and the freshness and quality were really good.

There's not much else to say except that the CP value is too high. The hotel's back door is right at Tanukikoji Shopping Street, and the location is very convenient. The English at the counter is very good, so there is no need to worry about communication, and the service is also very friendly! The room is very clean. Although the space is not large, it can fully unfold three 29-inch suitcases. Such a good location and service are at a super cheap price. After soaking in the soup, there are free snacks. There is nothing to fault~

Perfect location; quiet yet still very well located. Comfortable bed, great airco, great shower. Breakfast was amazing and super varied. Staff were friendly and nice. Nice hot bath. Good price.Unfortunately, there were things that made it lose a perfect score. A full 1 point goes to the lack of windows in the room. There is a very tiny one, but it is opaque and cannot be opened. I felt super claustrophobic and didn’t want to stay in the room at all.Furniture of the room was lacking: no wardrobe, no bedside tables, no rack for suitcases.Pillows were tiny and not very comfortable.English is spoken, but a bit of miscommunication occurred. Not that bad, but worth improving perhaps.Extremely popular with tourist groups. Hall is always full of them, hundreds of suitcases, they are loud and made the breakfast a chaos every day. Not the hotel’s fault, but worth pointing out.Overall I enjoyed my stay, but wouldn’t necessarily go back.
