I've used it three times over the past 10 years, and to be honest, the quality has continued to decline. It's no exaggeration to say that I'm spoiled for choice with the location and the open-air bath facility attached to the room.I don't think I will use them again because the price I pay and the service don't match.・I was concerned from the beginning, but perhaps because the building itself is old, the noise from next door and above is very loud. The noise from the toilet and water supply continues throughout the night. It's so noisy I can't sleep.・Service has also declined, probably due to personnel changes after the coronavirus outbreak.・They won't carry your luggage at check-in (you won't even be asked)・I borrowed a humidifier, but when I put water in it, it was moldy inside. . . Why don't you clean it when you put water in it?・The kettle also had a lot of water stains. All of them seem basic, but why don't you check them?・Although the buffet style of the food remains the same, I feel that the quantity and quality have decreased slightly compared to before. They used to offer live squid, but they didn't even ask.

Thank you for staying with me for 2 nights and 3 days. The choice of staying is the open-air bath in the guest room. The view of the sea side (Tsugaru Strait) is spectacular, and you can see Mt. Hakodate on your right.Water pressure in the shower is great. There were many types of buffet in the morning and evening, and it was enough for two nights. All the staff were very kind and the customer service with bright smiles made me feel very comfortable. If there is anything that could be improved, it would be that the amount of light on the dressing table is not enough.Basically everything was good and satisfying.

I think the customer service and food were good. However, the coffee is not strong. The bathroom is old and dirty. The view is not good on the 1st floor either. The sandy beach is also full of weeds and feels dirty, which is disappointing. The hot water was a salt spring and the temperature was so high that I couldn't stay in it for too long. .

I went as a family of 4 with a 6 year old and a 2 year old. For your welcome drink, you can choose between sparkling wine and grape juice. The room is also a beautiful room with an open-air bath overlooking Hakodate city and Mt. Hakodate, and from the open-air bath you can see planes arriving and departing from Hakodate Airport up close! The buffet had a wide variety of items, and I was able to enjoy as much as I wanted for breakfast! There aren't that many shops, but there's a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel, so it's not an inconvenience. All the staff are so kind and considerate!

I come here several times a year just for the food.I've stayed at several hotels in Hakodate, but this one has the best dinner and breakfast buffet. There is plenty of space for movement, making it easy to move around and eat. There are many kinds. The taste is also good. I especially like mackerel in miso and brûlée. Drinking beer while enjoying delicious food is the best! The dining seats are also thoughtfully designed, with L-shaped box seats with some partitions so that you don't have to worry about what other people are looking at. The table is also large. For one or two people, there are seats like counter tables overlooking the sea, which is also nice.As for the food, it would be perfect if they had more variety of sushi than Hotel Manso. Also, although the soft-serve ice cream is delicious, the machine used to make it is shoddy and doesn't come out well. All I'm looking for is food.So even if the rooms are small, as long as they are clean, there is no problem. After dinner, I just lie in bed and watch YouTube or NETFLIX on my iPad.I don't have to take a bath in the hot springs, but the large communal bath feels old.I think the service from all the staff is wonderful. In other reviews, some people complain that smokers can't stay in non-smoking rooms, but I guess it can't be helped since some people secretly smoke in non-smoking rooms.I hate the smell of cigarettes, so I fully agree with Mr. Nagisatei's policy.Ah, as I was writing this, I was itching to go to Nagisatei again!

This is my favorite inn in Yunokawa Onsen, and I have returned to it many times. |As a result of the Conan effect, Hakodate as a whole is experiencing overtourism and a rush to raise prices. …

Smoking deluxe double open-air bath with breakfast includedInn is at 3pm, but arrive about 25 minutes early. When I arrived by car, I was impressed by the staff's prompt and courteous service, including parking information, check-in at the front desk, explanation of the facility, and welcome drink information. When you enter the room,Smells like cigarettesIt's easy to understand when you think of the smell that often comes from smoking areas. The room is clean as it has just been newly built.but it smells like cigarettesThe reason is that the air purifier is installed on the ceiling, but it seems to be of insufficient use.To be honest, if I don't open the window, the smell is unbearable.※supplementFrom that night onwards, the cigarette smell didn't bother me so much.I don't know if I've gotten used to it, or if it's because I open the window, go in and out of the room, or the air purifier's operating rate has increased. And the next morning, even after leaving the room and walking a little outside, the smell of cigarettes was still strong when I returned to the room.I smoked quite a bit, though. There was no level of discomfort I felt at check-in.The location of the room this time is on the 5th floor, facing Mt. Hakodate, but you can't see Mt. Hakodate at all. This is a room with a view of the mountains in the back of Hokuto City and Goryokaku Tower. This is in the middle of the building, at the center of the branch of the passage after getting off the elevator,I think the room at this location looks like this, regardless of hierarchy.I'm not looking for a view, so I don't mind that, but if you value the view, I think it's definitely best to choose the sea side. Some reviews said that the cell phone signal was weak, but I use Softbank and it's generally good. The Wi-Fi is a little unstable, but I go back and forth between 3 and 2, and it's like this, so it can be used without any inconvenience. The current situation looks like thisMorning breakfast buffetEnter about 5 minutes before the startI was the second one to enter, so I was the first customer and could choose as many seats as I wanted.Naturally, we secured a counter table directly in front of the sea.Part of the live kitchen was in the preparation stage, but it will start while you are making your selections.I thought it would be nice if they put a little more effort into the creatures,The overall number of items and genres are at a satisfactory level.I finished my meal about 30 minutes later, and at that point there were plenty of seats available. The counter tables by the sea are full.Regarding the parking lot, there are about 10 spaces in the area facing the road in front of the hotel, and the rest are in the temporary parking lot behind the hotel. If you arrive at 3:00 pm, you will probably have to park in a temporary parking lot. It's not far away, but it's a gravel parking lot, so your shoes might get dirty on rainy days.My first impression was that the smell of cigarettes in the room was strong and not very good. The smell of cigarettes has been reduced to an unnoticeable level, there is an open-air bath attached to the room, and if I may say so proudly, there is a breakfast buffet that is above average. 4, 4, 5 for a total of 4, a slight increase.Breakfast buffet included I felt it was well worth the price of just under 30,000 yen, and I think it might have been better to stay for several nights.I am considering using it next time.

A simple hotel in a quiet town. But was peaceful!Need to take bus 95, 95A or 96 from Hakodate JR station. Must book a room with private onsen! The rest of the rooms did not have sea view or a proper bed. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Somewhat something was missing due to language barrier. You can select your pillows but I had to tell the lady who was walking me to the elevator. Human touch amiss. The sea view from your room with onsen was nice. A walk on the beach was great with views if sunset. Hotel is near 7 11 and Lawson.
