The owner and management of this Airbnb are absolutely terrible. They knocked on the door at 11PM on our second night there demanding to be let in. The people demanding to be let it were not the host but they continued to harass us until I threatened to call the police. They told me that they had been watching my wife and I on their security camera which was inside the house FACING THE BATHROOM. They failed to disclose this in the original listing so it was days before we noticed. Moreover, they constantly harassed us for having a service dog despite our sending them multiple documents highlighting the necessity of having her with us at all times. The people managing this Airbnb clearly have no experience in hospitality. Despite these issues, we really liked the house and location so towards the end of our stay we asked if they wanted to negotiate our staying for another two weeks and offered a fair price considering they wouldn’t have to do any extra cleaning or maintenance. They refused without even so much as a counter offer, so we went our separate ways. Keep in mind that their Airbnb was open and without other reservations for the next three months. I don’t know why the host is writing that our attempt to stay longer and give them more money is a negative thing. Clearly they have no idea how to run a business. I would avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be harassed and bullied by people who have no idea what they are doing.
