Apartment accommodation located near Marenyama Park Station. There is no parking lot. Check-in and check-out are completely self-service using tablets and there are no staff;For this three-night stay, the room has been prepared with three days' worth of towels, and there will be no housekeeping staff cleaning in between;There is a double bed, a bunk bed, and a single sofa bed in the room. The kitchen has a microwave, a toaster (but it is very dirty), a kettle, an IH stove, and kitchenware. The bathroom is separate from the toilet, and there is a washing machine (with detergent provided). But there is no dryer, there is a dining table and chairs for four, which is fully equipped and cleaned;The only thing I'm not satisfied with is that the apartment has light partitions and the walls are made of wooden boards (and then wallpapered and painted), so the soundproofing is a little poor. Fortunately, I stayed for three nights this time. The staff staying in the next room was very considerate and my sleeping time was not disturbed. .There are supermarkets, 24-hour supermarkets, and many restaurants nearby, and the living functions are good.This time I stayed here for the shrine festival. It was quite convenient and overall I was satisfied.

Golden rule for traveling with children: Japanese-style room(The futon was already laid out)bath and toilet are separatedWashing machine in the room. Comes with a dryer!Take off your shoes at the shared entrance and go up to the second floor.There are many supermarkets near the station and around the hotel, so if you live in Maruyama, what would it be like? It was so nice to be able to taste it.It was also nice that it was close to Maruyama Zoo.The zoo is just a short taxi ride away.It was very nice, but you could hear a lot of noise from the next room during your stay.I stayed for 3 nights, and I could hear the loud noises from the neighbors all the way until late at night. (TV sound too!)I'm sure they heard my voice too.I'll be considerate.I inquired about soundproofing at the hotel before staying, and I didn't hear about noise from guests, so I don't think it's a problem. There was a reply.This time too, I didn't feel like the neighbors were making a big fuss about it, and it gets really lively when there's alcohol.Also, you can hear the baby crying next door, so just for reference.Recommended for solo travelers and quiet people.

Wonderful apartment hotel. Spacious and there's a kitchen! It was really fun going to a local store and bringing back food to cook. Very clean apartment and there's a laundry machine.

A stylish apartment hotel that will make you forget about everyday life.It was clean and had all the amenities, and best of all, the coffee beans and bread we received as a service were absolutely delicious.I'm happy that if I have any trouble, the staff will help me right away.It's close to the subway station and there's a convenience store nearby, so you won't have any problems.
