I stayed here to participate in the Hokkaido Marathon 2024.It was very convenient as it was close to Odori Park.Good pointsThe reception process was very smooth as all you had to do was enter the information on the tablet in advance and read the QR code.The amenities were well prepared and there was a convenience store nearby so I didn't have any inconvenience.What wasn't goodIt didn't bother me as much if I closed the windows, but I could hear the sounds of skateboards in the middle of the night.

When I use the bathroom, water accumulates and doesn't drain at all, isn't it strange? When I thought about it, there was too much garbage in the drain.There was a clock near the bed, and although it looked clean at first glance, when I tried to fix it when it slipped out of position, I found that the place where the clock had been kept was full of dust.I was allowed to use the washing machine, but when I washed my clothes, the clothes got dusty and dirty.The bed and atmosphere were comfortable even though I was traveling with a baby.

Our experience at this property was fantastic. The amenities provided everything we could possibly need, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff members were incredibly friendly, and opting to stay here instead of a hotel turned out to be a great decision.

Streetcars are 200 yen for adults, 100 yen for children, and almost free for infants.This hotel was comfortable, the food was delicious, and it was easily accessible.The big thing is that there is no cleaning, and you can leave your luggage after shopping. Also, although there is only one key, there is a lockbox at the entrance, so multiple people can come and go.

25 minutes walk from Sapporo Station.. Almost in the middle of Susukino Sapporo? Haha. It's near Odori Park and there are buses and trams nearby so it's convenient! (I just walk)A family of 3 stayed comfortably for 4 nights, and although it was around the end of November, it wasn't cold and it was okay! Satisfied with how clean it was! I intend to make a reservation again!!

This was my first experience with unattended check-in and check-out, but it went smoothly.The room, toilet, and bathroom were clean, but the floor must have been dirty...the soles of my feet were completely black. Slippers were provided, but the kids and I don't always wear slippers, so if we walked barefoot, we would get pitch black ヾ(ﾟдﾟ;)They have microwaves, tableware, detergent, etc., so it's a great place to stay for multiple nights if you want to stay cheap and spend your money on eating out and sightseeing.However, could it be the water from the air conditioner upstairs? I could hear the sound of water dripping all day and night.The children were frightened and asked, “Is this a haunted house?” (lol) We were able to spend our time comfortably without worrying about the noise of the children.

The room was extremely dusty, and the desk and bedside cupboard were dirty with cup marks, etc., so I called them and had them clean it the next day. Even though it was cleaned, I still felt disappointed.
