There was no apology either.No dinner, breakfast included.I reserved a Western-style room with a dog run.I am traveling far away with my dog.Check in at 6pm.At that time, only the location of the room and breakfast venue will be explained.I left my luggage in the room and headed out to eat dinner.When I returned to DogVillage around 10pm, the entrance was locked and I couldn't enter.I can't even connect to the phone at all.I haven't received any explanation so I don't know what's going on.I'm in despair.In the end, I started looking for another hotel late at night.However, there were no dog-friendly hotels available at this time, so I asked a relative who lives in Sendai to take care of my dog ​​and stayed at a business hotel that day.I called DogVillage around 8 a.m. and told them, ``The entrance to the accommodation was locked last night, so I couldn't stay the night after all,'' and ``I'm currently in a faraway hotel, so I don't need breakfast.'' .First, I was told, ``Breakfast is already prepared, so I'll ask you to pay for breakfast.''I was then told for the first time that all the staff would be gone and the entrance would be locked at night.Our side was criticized, saying, ``You have to call out to us when you leave.'' There was no mention of such a rule on the official website or at check-in.There also seems to be no emergency contact information.After that, they did not acknowledge their fault, saying that they had not explained that the accommodation would close after 8:00 pm, and they did not apologize. All the responses I got from them were, "Yes, I see."When I went to pick up my luggage and return the keys, I was given a bill for the accommodation without any apology, and asked with a laugh, "Is your dog okay?" .I thought this was a strange statement coming from someone who provides a facility where people can spend time with dogs.I just put my luggage on the desk and didn't touch anything else in the room.Even though I wasn't staying there, I paid the full amount of 29,840 yen (including breakfast).Now that I have received the key, I have no choice but to pay.I can't believe the response.There was no proper apology, excuses were made, and there was no sign of any improvement.My precious trip with my dog ​​turned out to be the worst memory ever.

I used it as a day trip hot spring (¥650)The bathtub is small and can only accommodate 3 adults if they stretch their legs. It's empty on weekdays, but the space is so small that it's quite cramped for 3 or more people. There is no air conditioner only in the lobby, and there are no fans in the changing rooms.I can't recommend using it in the summer.The fact that you can bring your pet along is probably good for dog lovers, but for individuals who are just coming for a day trip to the hot springs, it might be a good idea for people who are used to the smell of pets coming from the lobby. I was a little fed up with it...

This is a hot spring located a little deeper in Yamato Town. Although it may be a little difficult to access, I think you will be able to enjoy nature to the fullest. It's a cold mineral spring and the water is boiling, but I can't stop sweating after taking a bath, and the quality of the hot spring soaks into my body.When I'm not feeling well, I go to the hot spring and it improves, so it's a hot spring that suits me. With the renovation, the inside of the building has become cleaner and a new dog run has been added. I would like to keep it a secret place, but I would like it to continue for a long time, so I recommend it to everyone.
