We stayed on the first floor for 4 night. We can clearly hear people on the 2nd floor talking and walking. There’s no soundproofing at all. Loud af. Especially they might be arranging the 2nd floor to the young people. And youngsters would stay up late most of the time, so it’s gonna be a nightmare.We complained about it. But the owner said it’s due to the material. Of course we know that. But it doesn’t show on the booking page tho!

We stayed at One's Villa Sapporo for 2 nights during our last stop in Hokkaido from May 8th to 10th. This was by far the best accommodation we had ever stayed in our two trips in Japan!The location is a little confusing from Google Maps as it detours into a small alley from the main busy road. There are many people using this alley so parking was quite challenging into the villa. Due to the entrance size, it can only fit one small compact car. It is located nearby many shops which should be convenient for anyone who is taking public transport or wishes to walk.The actual accommodation was incredibly huge at 70m2+. It had 2 toilets, 2 beds, 2 shower area, a large TV lounging area, dining area and a large tatami resting area with incredible setting. Each area had instructions on them for the control panels such as light and heater. The two standard beds in the bedroom were originally Japanese futon on top a wooden bedframe so it was a little too soft for my liking.The owner was very responsive as well when we queried regarding the actual parking space as our booking site had actually censored all the important information such as links and emails. So we communicated through LINE. Check-in was a breeze with a simple code combination and no further action was required during check-out as it self locks.This accommodation was originally meant for 4 or more people but we found the value to be very good even for us couple. Would absolutely recommend anyone visiting Sapporo to give this accommodation a go. I don't think there is anywhere else that is remotely this huge with the price offered!

We stayed at One's Villa Sapporo for 5 nights.It was very clean, had everything we needed, and we had a comfortable stay. The location is also very good, right next to Aso Station. Aeon, Toko Store, shops, and izakayas are all nearby, so it was very convenient. If I have a chance, I would definitely like to use it again.
