2024.09Horrible experience at this vacation rental. It’s not affiliated with the JR. can be compared with camping.- there is a lot of surrounding noise. Don’t stay on a Saturday night at all costs- mattress was soft and sunken in- the shower room was big enough for toddlers only ( not even joking )- amenities provided are of very poor quality- the layout of the vanity sink and washing machine and drain orientation is incorrect leading to improper drainage connection and back flow of grey water from the machine- price is on the high side

The room is comfortable and clean, and the wooden material is very comfortable. It is equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine, refrigerator, IH stove, microwave oven, and stainless steel tableware, which can be used for simple cooking. The shower room is very small, only 65*65 cm. The bunk beds are relatively short, so be careful about hitting your head; the TV living room is also relatively short, and if you are 190cm tall, you may hit your head. There is a convenience store 711 at the back, which is very convenient for shopping. The only drawback is that it is very close to Kotonishi Station, so there will be the rumble of the tram passing by at night until the last train leaves. It is a small B&B with no self-service check-in. There are three in this row. If you check-in outside the first one, you will be provided with the door code.

It's hard to just take a shower in winter; the shower room is small. There is a lot of frost in the refrigerator! It might not be good for people who are concerned about the sound of JR trains passing by. I would like to stay here again when the Nanakamado fruit is beautiful.

Clean and Nice Room. Well equipped come with allocated parking lot. Many eating outlets nearby within walking distance. A little obstacle during check-in. We did not receive the check in code via our email in advance.Thanks to the friendly staff who assisted us via video call.We enjoyed our stay there.

With excellent access and free parking, it is recommended for families and long-term stays.I think you'll enjoy the room as it's shaped like a trailer house so you can enjoy an extraordinary experience. Although it is easier because the staff are not nearby, I think it is undeniable that it takes time to respond when you have a problem.There is a convenience store within a 1-minute walk, and a park is right in front of the property. There are multiple restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Because it is located under an elevated railway, some people may find the sound of trains a bit annoying at night, but they provide ear plugs as amenities, so I think this can be alleviated to some extent.They also provide several doses of laundry detergent, so I think you can wash and reuse the toiletries such as towels.The bathroom only has a shower booth and is quite small, making it difficult for parents and children to enter together, so I think it would be quite difficult to bring children who cannot wash themselves.I don't think it will be a problem at all if you are an elementary school student.

Lovely spacious accommodation, good sleep, good location, comfortable, close to restaurants, close to supermarkets. Very close to the JR train station. Complete equipment, very impressive. But if the weather is -5 or higher and the heating doesn't work, it's quite cold but can be tolerated. If this point can be fixed, it will be very good. It's definitely a regular place to stay. If you come to Sapporo, this is the first place you'll think of. ❤️

It was easy to access and very convenient! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable! Although I was with a small child, I was able to spend time without contact with other people and felt safe! I want to use it again!
