Location wise, this is a good place to stay. The hotel is literally 1 min away from Nijo Market as well as the start of Tanukikoji shopping street. The nearest subway stop is Susukino Station which is about 8 mins walk away. …

Both front desk and dining staffs are friendly and efficient. Room is small, typical japanese size but comfortable. Walking distance to nearby shopping, dining and parks. Left my room safe wide open with my valuables inside, and despite housekeeping entering while i was away, nothing was touched.Only problem are the unlit brand signage in front of the hotel and rooftop which are near impossible to see from afar or across the road, resulting in my taxi driver unable to find the hotel at night.p/s love the temperature precision for the shower and great pressure as expected for a Marriott! 👍

Clean and comfy bedding.Good location, free high quality coffee vending access for guests on the second floor.Only downside is they don't honor Marriott membership perks for free breakfast and room upgrade.Decent service at the front desk and room service is very detailed.Recommended!

Great location but the rooms were very cramped and so hot none of us could sleep. The breakfast buffet was okay. The staff were not helpful. This was the worst hotel we stayed at while going through all of Japan. Will not stay there again.Note: if you are a single person traveling here you will probably be fine. Families stay away.

Do not expect any service from the front desk. They appear to be very impatient and unwilling to help, to the extent that one of them said to me "you are responsible for moving your own luggage to the taxi" after we asked him to call for a taxi. They cleaned rooms floor by floor like an army shaking down a building making a heck of a noise. If you are jetlagged and wish to rest in the morning, you can forget it! Location is not bad but for the same kind of money you can stay at a local brand with better food and service and their front desks probably don't hate their jobs like these guys.

Read many negative remark of this hotel but surprising it was great for me. Frontdesk very helpful especially Ms Wang. Comparing this outlet and Osaka's, this one is very good! i manage to get a early check in! my lucky day! even with a Ambassdor Elite status, not everyday is Sunday, if any of the hotel is full, you still have to wait for them to clean up!

The hotel looks newly furnished and is extremely clean. Although the hotel is not located right at the centre of Susukino district but it is just right next to it (5 mins walk). …

Centrally located hotel with all the basic comforts. The front desk staff need to be more helpful. They are polite but do the most basic thing without any focus on meeting customer expectations or needs. …
