Went for the steak set meal (ステーキ定食) for Lunch. There were a lot of odd things about it, e.g. the soup had an entire slab of bread soaked in it, the steak was served with a regular knife so you murdered your steak trying to cut it up.Additionally, the steak sauce was a tad salty. Also, having not specified the 'doneness' it came out well done, so if you want different you probably have to specify.My friends Sashimi set meal looked a lot better 😅The cake selection was pretty good and my Mount Blanc was nice.Overall, pretty average.

The building and rooms feel old, but I think they maintain a sense of cleanliness.The employees were enthusiastic and responded very well.It's an old building, so you can hear quite a lot of noise from the next room and the hallway, probably because the walls are thin.I could hear the alarm in the next room and couldn't turn it off, so I was annoyed from the morning.I had the beef tongue set for dinner, but I was disappointed because the grilled beef tongue was tough. It's probably been baked for some time.The beef tongue stew was tender and exquisite.Breakfast is styled with predetermined side dishes. The rice, bread, and drinks were self-serve.The best thing about this hotel is that it's free.Isn't it a parking lot? It's about a 10 minute walk to the station. You are free to enter and exit the parking lot, and if the parking lot is empty, you can park there for a short period of time.It's a very good value for money hotel.

I always use it at union general meetings. Although it is a little far from the station, you can relax in a quiet place.We also use it for social gatherings, and the meat dishes, soups, and sushi that are always served are all delicious.In addition, there is a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, from beer to wine and Japanese sake, so it is recommended for alcohol lovers.I would like to see Hotel Shirahagi continue to be there in the future, as I am indebted to them during the union's general meetings.

The facilities are old but clean. The price is also reasonable.It's a little far from the station, about 15 minutes walk. A delicate sense of distance, not enough to take a taxiIt started raining the night I stayed, so I borrowed an umbrella from the front desk, and they kindly lent it to me.Breakfast is a set meal style. Although it wasn't anything special, it was delicious.

The quality of the service staff in the banquet department is at the bottom level. And overall filthy.The cuffs of a dirty shirt are unbuttoned and folded once so they stick to the dishes and food.Before doing that, you hold the middle of the plate tightly with your fingers.You handle dishes with dirty hands.Perfect for holding dishes with your dirty left hand. There is an odd way of placing an unused serving plate (a large spoon and fork for serving) on a turntable against a stack of unused serving plates that touch the food, and because of this, it comes off and falls onto the dirty turntable. , allowing customers to use it without exchanging it, or suddenly barging in at close range without even asking if they would excuse themselves when they are sitting between customers sitting at a round table. The food is served less than the amount ordered (the amount is paid exactly as per the prescribed amount), the quality and quantity of the food is not worth the price, and the food is bad. There are others, but there are too many to list. It's dangerous anyway.This was the second time I had to use it to participate in an event, and this was the situation both times. It seems like it's always at the bottom.

Used in August 2024It's an old hotel that also serves as a wedding venue, so there aren't that many rooms.I stayed in a Japanese-style room and it was quite spacious.A little far from downtown, but within walking distanceThere is a free parking lot opposite the hotel, and several cars can be parked in front of the hotel.After curfew, enter through another entrance and receive a key from the security guard.

It is located in Nishikicho on the north side, about a 10-15 minute walk from Sendai Station.It is located in a quiet residential area, and if you come by car, you may get lost as there are many one-way streets.Due to its location, the banquet hall is often used for meetings and social gatherings, but the location was inconvenient for after-parties.

I used it for a social gathering for the first time in a while after the coronavirus. Both the meat and fish were pretty good. The order and timing of the dishes were timely, and I was satisfied with the two types of petit cakes for dessert.

We are not staying overnight, but are using it for lunch and dinner.The staff are always polite and pleasant, and the lunches are of high quality and reasonably priced. This time, I went to eat my favorite Chinese food, which is about to be discontinued. It's such a shame that it's gone!The crispy spring rolls were also delicious. Both Japanese and Western food are delicious, so I'll try them next time.I also bought a cake as a souvenir. This seems to come from a cake shop in Miyamachi. There are also cake sets available for eat-in.The parking lot is free and easy to park, making it a hotel that is easy to stop by and feel relieved whenever you visit.

The lobby is splendid, but the guest rooms are of Showa-era steel-reinforced architecture. However, the renovated rooms are spacious and clean.
