This inn is not recommended at all for people who require excessive services. There is no air conditioner in the room (well, there was one, but I couldn't use it). The heating equipment was probably only available in winter, with a boiler. There is also no refrigerator in the room. Please take your trash home with you. There are no vending machines either. We will lay out our own futons. There is also no elevator. The toilet is shared. The scenery is also bad. The rooms are also old.The surrounding hotels were crowded with tourists, but there were only two people staying at this inn, including us (on Saturday and Sunday).I think the overall rating would be around 2, but the hot spring smelled of sulfur and was milky white, which was good. Even though I only stayed for one night, I went there four times. Therefore, it is ☆3.

I used it in February. The location is good, so you can walk to the ropeway. You can also walk to the public bath.Washrooms and toilets are shared, and there is no hot water from the taps. I had no choice but to take a bath with the intention of washing my face, but when I got into the bathtub, I found a large clump of hair floating in the bathtub, and I didn't feel like soaking in the hot spring anymore. The food was poor and disappointing.

Awesome ryokan in zao onsen for a good price. Amazing traditional rooms to stay in and they serve great food for dinner and breakfast. Highly recommend going here, staff are also super friendly, and it’s a short walking distance to the ski slope.

Cheap accommodation. I think the quality and quantity of the food is not bad, and I think the hot springs are good. What I was dissatisfied with in terms of service was that the vending machines weren't working anywhere in the hotel, so you couldn't buy anything, but you weren't allowed to bring anything in. There was also no refrigerator in the room (although there were signs saying it was for bottles and cans). (Why are there trash cans installed?) Although there is a notice in the bathroom telling you to drink water, you can only drink water from the shared plastic cups in the bathroom. There is a kettle in the room so you can boil water, so you can bring in hot drinks other than tea, but for cold drinks, you have to go outside and get them unless you drink them at the dining room. I thought this was a little off.

Although the majong is small, it has all the essentials, complete basic equipment and a friendly attitude. It is only about 5 minutes away from the tourist attractions such as Lanzhou Station or Hot Spring Street. …
