Because there were no non-smoking rooms available.Unfortunately, my luggage and my body all smelled like cigarettes.Although the breakfast buffet was outsourced, it was delicious. There is no public bath, but I appreciate the service of bath salts.

Well, I think it's good! However, the breakfast is a bit poorer than before. Because of the structure of the building, it's cold in winter. Also, recently, there are many expensive prices, so I no longer choose this place to cut costs on a business trip to Sendai (^^)

The room is small, maybe because it's in Japan, and the bathroom and toilet are one-piece structures. There are a few things you need to pay attention to when living in Japan. Although the restaurant is a buffet, you are still not allowed to bring outside food. It was our first time to stay in a Japanese hotel and we were not aware of such regulations. They did not provide fruit for breakfast on the first day, so we brought our own fruit in. The waiter didn't tell us no, so we brought fruit in for breakfast the next day. This time, because we bought milk, we were afraid that the refrigerator in the room wasn't cold enough. We wanted to finish our breakfast, so we brought the milk in, but the waiter She got very angry at me and asked me to take the fruit and milk out of the restaurant immediately. We then realized that the rule was not allowed. So, I said, we knew it, so I would put the fruit away. She immediately said "no" angrily, and then She said "get out" to me in English hysterically, three times in a row. I told her to invite your supervisor to come over. She said "No", and then said "get out". I thought forget it and don't follow her anger. "She" argued, so I took the outside food and left. I went outside to eat my own food for breakfast that day. Later, I went to the counter to find their supervisor and mentioned to him that it was my fault that we brought outside food into the restaurant. I said sorry to him, but I also told him that their waiters needed to be educated and that the customers were at fault. You can say it nicely without having such a bad attitude. The supervisor's attitude was very good and he apologized to me for the waiter's attitude. This incident made me realize the Japanese way of "strictly observing the rules" and being unforgiving to those who make mistakes. In Japan, you have to pay great attention to their attitude towards doing things. This is a little bit of my personal experience, and it may not be absolute. However, you really have to pay attention to their regulations. Later, someone also asked first, can guests eat outside in the resting area of the hotel lobby? The answer is also "no". Because of the attitude of the waiter in the restaurant, I had to give the service three stars. There are not many ingredients for breakfast, but they are all delicious and pretty good.
