Good service, the host is cute and friendly.Pay attention to customers in service. The rooms are clean. The size of the room (2 people) is just right, not too tight.I like the quietness of this place. There are bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs.Close to convenience store Close to the ski slopes

Thank you for helping me on a snowboarding trip with a group of friends.We received kind hospitality from the owner couple, and it was a very enjoyable trip.In the morning, we were guided around the recommended routes at the ski resort, and after we returned home from the cold, we were welcomed with hot tea. In the evening, we were treated to a luxurious dinner that we couldn't believe was homemade, and we had a very satisfying three days.I will use it again when I come to Zao!

Seven friends used it as a lodging destination for a ski trip.It was my first time visiting Zao, but the host paid close attention to every detail, from transportation to ski resort details, making it a very satisfying trip.Above all, the food was amazing and I was impressed by the deliciousness of the food served.The hospitality I received was endless, and it was a pension that I would definitely want to use again.

We are a family of three. (including a young child) Carl and Wakana San are excellent hosts. Thankfully, them being able to speak English have helped us to understand more about the area and the region they are in. Topped with all the near perfect and yummy dishes that Wakana San prepared for us. And the pre-dinner Onsens we were sent to. We have to thank them both for making our holiday so well pampered. :)

It was an incredible experience.Very convenient to the Zao onsen area and ski resort.The couple prepare us amazing Breakfast and Lunch with all halal ingredients. It was my first time to try sukiyaki with halal meat in Japan.They give us very cute delicious cookies when we leave the house, this is so sweet.Thank you so much;)

Beautiful pension with incredibly kind and hospitable hosts. The Christmas Day package was well worth the cost. It's a quick drive to the Zao ski slopes, making it a convenient location as well.

A friend who previously stayed here recommended it as a nice inn, and I stayed here for two nights this time. It was a truly memorable winter trip.The inn was very comfortable, and I felt a sense of warmth from the design of the room and the small items placed inside. The cooking by the wife, who studied at a French cooking school in England, was also excellent, and the dinner and breakfast times were perfect (the photos are of the meals for two nights). The story of Mr. Brown, who has Scottish roots, was witty and the time passed quickly.We enjoyed skiing together on the 2nd and 3rd day. The sight of the frost-covered trees looking down from the top of the mountain first thing in the morning was spectacular, and we would not have been able to see it on our own if it weren't for Mr. Brown, who knows everything about mountains, so we are truly grateful.I heard that you can enjoy different mountain nature not only in winter, but also in summer, autumn, and spring, so I would definitely like to visit.
