Never, never come.1. It is impossible to leave luggage as it is not a staffed system.2. Perhaps due to a reduction in labor costs, there is no resident staff and check-in is required using a tablet, but the name and reservation number were not registered, so check-in was not possible, ruining the first day's schedule.3. I tried not to roam, but I managed to call while roaming, but they rejected the call because they didn't speak English.4. Even the Japanese next to me couldn’t do it.5. It’s just a place with no answers, so please never come here.

We are staying as a family of 8 people. It was a good location (Susukino) and spacious for large families, but I didn't like the fact that the front desk was in a separate location and that it wasn't cleaned well.

Hygiene is the worst anyway. When I opened the washing machine, there was a lot of brown stool-like dirt on the lid. There was dust everywhere, and there were brown stains on the sofa, so I hesitated to sit on it.There was a pile of cardboard boxes visible at the front desk, making me wonder if this hotel was okay. I felt anxious when checking in.

A suite hotel is a private lodging facility that rents out spacious rooms.cormorantBe careful if you think that you can have a luxurious and luxurious experience from the reception desk because you will be betrayed. There's a reason why it's cheap.

The reception desk was unmanned and I couldn't confirm my reservation even though I entered my reservation number on the tablet at the entrance, so I had to find the phone number on my smartphone and contact the headquarters. The phone call was difficult to connect due to forwarding, and the check-in couldn't go smoothly, leaving the exhausted family waiting for several minutes. Also, although the stay was provided through national travel assistance, there was no check on proof of vaccination. There are always people who make reservations by mistake, so it's really bad to let them stay without checking. On the second day, the towels in the room had not been replaced, so I went out of my way to ask about this over the phone.I was told that if I brought it in when the front desk staff was there, they would replace it, but when I went to the front desk at the designated time, there was no one there. After repeated phone calls, they brought me to my room, but they lacked hospitality as they couldn't answer any questions unless I asked them all. It's good that they're reducing labor costs, but I think the hotel group is being negligent in its management, as there should be plenty of ways to operate things like check-in and towel exchange.

The entrance to the room and the washroom are too small. It's too cold to use just an air conditioner in winter in Hokkaido. The cold air from the washroom, toilet, etc. is too strong. The corners, the back side, and the top of the refrigerator are dirty and not cleaned properly. It's supposed to be a non-smoking area, but there is a lot of cigarette smoke at the front desk on the first floor.
