A total of 4 people including my two daughters stayed here on a trip to commemorate our golden wedding anniversary. The hot springs and food were wonderful, but most of all, I will never forget the attentiveness of the staff. I would definitely stay here again.

The hot springs are disinfected with chlorine using both continuous flowing water and circulation. However, there was almost no smell of chlorine. The indoor bath was spacious and comfortable. There is also a private bath available.Wi-Fi is not available in the room.Depending on the time, various services such as Ochazuke and sparring wine are available. You will receive a free bathing ticket for Takinoyu.

I used it on a weekday in June 2024 while traveling alone (by car). This was my first time at Naruko Onsen, and I had a comfortable stay as the hotel was well-located, the rooms were spacious, and the entire hotel was kept clean. I felt that Naruko Onsen itself was a little lackluster, but I was able to fully enjoy the hot springs and meals inside the hotel. The hot springs were thin and cloudy, and the indoor bath was very spacious and had a feeling of openness, while the open-air bath was more murky than the indoor bath, making it a very pleasant hot spring. The meals for both breakfast and dinner were plentiful and very delicious. For dinner, we had beef tongue as an option, and it was very tender and exquisite. It seemed like we could try all-you-can-drink Japanese sake and other drinks, but since I can't drink alcohol, I ended up getting a soft drink. There was also a public bath called "Taki no Yu" a few dozen meters from the hotel, and since I received a free ticket, I went to visit the baths after dinner.I would definitely like to come back again when I visit Naruko Onsen again.

First visit on 2024/07. It is close to the national highway and station, making it easy to access. The roads in the hot spring town are not wide, so be careful that the slope leading up to the hotel is narrow.Even though I arrived late at night on the day I visited, an employee greeted me outside and provided me with a polite explanation and assistance. The hot springs are ``deep'' as others have written. My favorite hot spring has a very good sulfur smell. Be careful not to use silver accessories as they will darken. Breakfast was set at Wasen, and rice and miso soup were brought to us. The rice was so delicious that I ordered lots of extras. The employees at the breakfast venue were all very polite, and when I was about to leave after finishing my meal, they recommended coffee, and I thought everyone's hospitality and consideration was wonderful. There was an extension cord in the room, so I was able to stay comfortably without any inconvenience. I would like to visit again
