It was a family trip for 4 people. There is a parking lot for one wheelchair next to the entrance. There are also many more down the hill.Everywhere was thoroughly cleaned, and everyone from the reception desk was very responsive.Even the default dishes were plentiful and all delicious.I added an assortment of sashimi, and it was a huge amount for about 1,600 yen per person. And I was very happy to see Higashimono on board. The ocean view from the room is so good that it calms your mind. The cleaning was thorough and the room was comfortable. All in all, it was a good stay.

I used it on a family trip.Even though my child fell ill that night and caused me a lot of inconvenience, they took care of me without showing me any discomfort.Transportation to and from tourist facilities was very helpful for our family with small children. The customer service and thoughtfulness of all the employees was wonderful, and thanks to them, we were able to make fun memories of our trip with the whole family.I would definitely like to use it again the next time I visit Matsushima.

This was my first visit as a family trip for three generations. First of all, the staff are wonderful! Whether over the phone, at the front desk, or at the restaurant. They were really kind to me. We took a taxi from Matsushima Station to get there, but on the way back we were dropped off at the Matsushima Pleasure Boat, and since we had left our luggage at the hotel on the way back, they picked us up and drove us straight to the station. If you look at the website, there will be information about transportation etc., so I think it would be a good idea to inquire. All the rooms had ocean views, and although they were old, they were meticulously cleaned. I couldn't use the bath because the sauna was out of order, but the hot spring water that makes your skin smooth (I don't know the details...) was soothing, and there was a bubble bath and a cold bath, so the kids seemed to have fun. In addition to shampoo, they also have facial cleansing foam, which is helpful. There was a wonderful view from the bath. There was coffee etc. in the lounge, and it seemed like you could drink alcohol yourself at night. There is also a free sketchbook where children can draw the view from the lounge while adults can enjoy a leisurely cup of coffee. . . And the food was amazing, and even though I upgraded to the Onjinzen, the appetizers, sashimi, meat, abalone, and hot pot were still delicious even though I was full! That's what I think. There was so much food for the kids that they couldn't finish it all. Even after returning from my trip, I look back and say, ``It was a great stay! It was fun!'' It truly became a fond memory of the three-generation trip.

The man in the next room? More than 5 people? It's so noisy that you can't even talk, it's laughing like a monkey, and the sounds of things and footsteps are pounding! Gangan! , going in and out of the door frequentlyIt's so annoying that I still can't sleep. The walls seem thin, but the voices are too loud.I don't understand why you feel this way after paying for something.I thought the problem had subsided a little after getting attention from the front desk, but it's still annoying. I thought he would go to sleep in the middle of the night, but he keeps waking up past 1 a.m. and making noise.I learned that idiots have no consideration for others. I ended up sitting next to a really bad group of people and it was the worst memory I've ever had. I never thought I would be so bothered by the inn that I would be unable to sleep. The next day, a noisy group came to the breakfast venue and I immediately realized that they were in the next room (room 311). I thought they were young people, but they turned out to be older people over 60 years old. I was really shocked that an adult at a good age could not think about the inconvenience caused to those around him.

This was the best hotel I've ever been to on a family trip.We were late in making the reservation and ended up booking a room without a bathroom. When we checked on the phone, we were told that there were no vacancies, which was disappointing. But when we checked in, there were a lot of people, so we had to change rooms. When I went to my room, the man at the reception told me that he had left it for me and he had changed me to a room with a bath, which I was very grateful for. They even provided a trash can for diapers in the toilet, which was a nice touch.Because the hotel only has a small number of rooms, we were able to enjoy the morning buffet without getting too crowded. The dinner was sumptuous and plentiful, and I felt sorry that the children couldn't finish it all.The soy milk hotpot was very delicious.Unfortunately, the dining area was on the first floor, and there was no place to change diapers in the restroom.Maybe it was there if I asked..? ? The baby made a big mess while eating, so I went back to the room to change it.The children also enjoyed soaking in the hot springs. I would like to make a reservation when I go again.thank you very much.

I used it on a family trip. Since the price was low, I thought it would be okay, but I was extremely satisfied. It seems that my elderly parents were very satisfied with the food, the view from the room, and the quality of the hot spring water in the bath.It is a great service to be able to pick you up and drop you off for sightseeing. The host was kind and I had a comfortable stay.
