Avoid - you and your money deserve better.Rooms: Tiny, dirty, noisy. We got towels with relatively fresh looking brown stains and hairs all over the place which is pretty disgusting. We could clearly listen to all conversations in the rooms next to us.Staff: Absolutely unprofessional. The reception staff does not speak any meaningful English and the cleaning staff cannot clean.Safety: I have observed on two occasions that a room door was left open by the cleaning staff while being absent.Location: Outside of city centre but still convenient.

It's so bad.... The counter is only staffed from 4pm to 10pm, there was no cleaning after staying for three nights, towels can only be changed from 8am to 12pm, and my previous comments were deleted. It is a youth hostel, but the price per night is almost 20,000 yen.

You can just get lost in Omiya Hotel and its location. It would be good if it was clearly marked on Google Maps. It was clean and nice. The only flaw was that the bed was too small for two people and there was too much dust due to lack of ventilation. The picture is of a cute cat.

It is very, very, very close to Omiya Station. The biggest disadvantage is that there are no restaurants nearby that open after 8 o'clock. If you are in need of food, there are relatively few choices here, but there is a convenience store nearby and the food in the store is delicious. It's best to buy food back to the hotel when you stay here, otherwise you just have to eat before going back. In terms of price, it's a good deal, but if you like to live in a busy place, it may not be very suitable. The room is clean and small. The room for two people is almost full after opening the 28-inch suitcase. Checking in is very convenient. All you need is an email from the store and a photo of your passport using the store's check-in tablet. You use the password provided by the store for entry and exit. I remember correctly that the fare from staying here to Kawaramachi is the same as Karasuma Station, 150 yen. If you want to save money, this is a good choice.
