It's in the city, so it's easy to go out on foot, and the subway is nearby. The location is quite good. The staff are also kind. In a good sense, you're close to the guests, so you don't have to worry about them at all, so it's easy. I think it's a great deal if you can stay at this price. On the other hand, it is not suitable for people who are looking for hotel-like services.

I stayed one night in the mixed dorm just because I was too tired to go home to the west side of Kyoto. The location is very advantageous as it is placed near the subway and bus stop. The major downside was the noisy neighbor in the common room in the afternoon. An Indian lady who cooked in the kitchen did not let me have a peaceful online meeting as she kept making sounds from the way she moved the stuff. I should have had the online meeting from the bathtub I guess. About the bathtub, you need to pay extra, I forgot was it 200 or 500 yen.Yudai, the receptionist was very nice. But the second receptionist who worked after 9 pm was a little bit stoic. Yeah I didn’t expect anything but having a little rest though. Thank you Yudai!

Cheap, clean, spacious. And it's close to the station.I have no complaints, and no matter how much I praise them, I can't praise them enough.Off peak? So it was 1,500 yen including tax, which was so cheap that I was a little worried, but it turned out to be the most wonderful guesthouse of my life. I want to come again.

This is an evaluation based on arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning. This dormitory hotel is located in a renovated old private house just outside of Gojo Subway Station, but the basic facilities you would find in a dormitory were clean and seemed to be working properly. The price is also cheap.A special feature is that there is not only a shower but also a bathtub, which can be used for an additional 300 yen. It seems to be a system where you fill it with hot water and drain it one time at a time. I'm sure there are pros and cons, but there's a smoking room, which is unusual for this type of dormitory, so it's a nice environment for smokers. Of course, smoking is prohibited inside the building. The bedrooms are spacious, and the common room has comics and other books. At check-in, we were given detailed explanations regarding our stay. (She was a cheerful lady)Also, I forgot something here, but they contacted me and I was able to have it sent home with cash on delivery. I also received a handwritten letter, which I was very impressed with. This time I stayed mostly just to sleep, but I think this is an inn with good staff that will make you want to come back again.
