A hotel that feels like a hideoutThe interior of the room was very stylish and it was a relaxing space! ! The customer service with just the right distance was also very comfortable.The lounge on the 3rd floor also has 4 types of craft beer, juice, coffee, cup soup, and ice cream, so we recommend spending a relaxing time inside the hotel (o^^o)The open terrace is also wonderful!Also, due to the location, it wasn't noisy and I was able to spend a quiet time, which was a blessing for my tired body after sightseeing.If you come to Kyoto again, please come visit us again★Thank you very much ^^

The day before my stay, I wanted to check something, so I called, but even though it was during service hours, I tried 4 times in the morning and was never able to get through. The lounge they are selling is not well maintained or restocked, and the desks are dirty. It was written that breakfast would start at 8am, but it wasn't served until after 8am, and when I went down to the front desk, there was no one there.When I contacted them, they said, ``There was a problem and the breakfast will start at 8:30.'' If you are basically operating on a one-off basis, I think you need to make improvements such as increasing the number of staff. I was very disappointed in the level of service given the accommodation fee of 30,000 yen per person. Another thing that I found a little scary was that you can enter the guest room floor from the outside stairs without having to pass through the front desk. It was also designed to be a security concern. (There's basically no one at the front desk either.)

Small hotel, tucked away in a relatively quiet part of Kyoto. 10 min walk to the Tambaguchi Station JR station to get to Kyoto Station, which is a 5 min journey, so very accessible. Bus stop outside of hotel for journeys to most of the tourist sites.Hotel is very clean, fairly modern, nice rooms with the usual amenities. Daily housekeeping. We had room 301. Spacious twin bed room. The lounge is good for coffee, tea, beer on tap, and alcohol spirits from 5-10pm, and some snkacks. Breakfast is filled bread rolls from a local bakery, served from 8-10am. 3 meat options and only one non-meat which was a sweet custard filled roll, fairly nice. If you're a veggie, you won't get much of a breakfast, but you can bring your own items and eat them in the lounge. All of the items in the lounge are free. Soft drinks are also available. There is also a terrace for enjoying a drink or some fresh air if you wish.The staff are polite. We only saw two of them. One spoke decent enough English, the other was very limited. The hotel appears to cater for mainly Japanese guest. The staff are helpful and will do what they can to make your stay comfortable. We didn't realise that dogs were welcomed at the hotel. Which usually wouldn't be a problem, but we were directly above a room where the dog owner had left their pooch alone, who was barking most of the evening. Not the staffs fault. One of the female staff members was very apologetic and offered an alternative room. Slight inconvenience but the room we moved to for 1 night was equally well equipped and comfortable. We moved back to our original room the day after and the staff gave us a bottle of fizz as an apology. No harm done.Whilst the hotel was nice, it felt deserted at times and the lack of staff presence at the reception made it feel slightly impersonal. I would definitely recommend the hotel. It was actually quite a nice quiet space. There are a number of options for food nearby, possibly a 10-15 walk, if you don't mind.Overall a satisfied customer.

I stayed with two small dogs, and in addition to the accommodation fee of 75,000 yen for 2 nights that I paid at check-in, I also paid a pet accommodation fee of 5,000 yen per dog x 2 dogs x 2 nights = 20,000 yen + consumption tax. I paid by card. The accommodation cost for two nights was about 100,000 yen. I think the accommodation fee for pets should be specified when making an online reservation. At the same hotel in Kyoto where we stayed the next day, it was 3,500 yen for 2 dogs per night. The facilities here are clean and they offer all-you-can-drink craft beer, but at this price I don't think I'll use it again.

I used it for my boyfriend's birthday who loves craft beer.There was also 24-hour all-you-can-drink craft beer, lemon sour sake, and plum wine.From soft drinks, soups, Haagen-Dazs, and snacks, there's more than enough for a holiday.There were only a few rooms, so I didn't often meet other guests.I never thought I would be able to experience something like this in the middle of Kyoto, so I was very satisfied.You can receive amenities on the spot by entering the number of items at check-in.The concierge is also available 24 hours a day, but we communicate via LINE rather than the phone, so I felt comfortable asking questions.The Maruki bread for breakfast was so delicious that I decided to go buy some.He was extremely happy, and I was also very happy to be able to experience something out of the ordinary.thank you very much.

Judging from the exterior, the interior was stylish as well. The man and staff at the front desk were also nice. The furniture was nice and I stayed with my family's ferret, but it was comfortable.

The free lounge was very nice. The breakfast bread was also delicious.The impression of the hotel was also good. It was a quiet hotel.The cleaning of the room was disappointing. When I touched the top of the refrigerator, there was so much dust that my hand would leave a mark on it. In the bathroom, the bathtub was clean, but there was black mold in the gap between the apron and the corner of the door, and pink mold in the drain. Maybe professional people aren't doing the cleaning? I felt that. It's still a new and clean hotel, so I hope they improve it.

My husband and I stayed in room 402. Looking at the photo, the room didn't seem small, but as soon as you opened the door to the room, there was no bed or place to relax, so it was very small.When a 170cm person stands up from bed, his head hits the ceiling. When you lie down on the bed, your legs will stick out.In the bathroom, there was pink mold in all four corners and the drain, the ground was blackened, and hair was still falling.The drain pipe in the bathroom was poorly installed, so the water didn't drain and it quickly became a puddle, and the water drainage was also poor.I checked in at 3pm and went to the bar lounge after relaxing for a while, but the staff didn't speak to me or were friendly.I felt like everyone was young.Is there no one to instruct cleaning and customer service?If you're too busy to prepare, please don't write that the bar lounge is open 24 hours a day.It's a shame because it's been a long time since I last traveled and I was really looking forward to it. I won't stay again.I think the location is good, about 6 minutes walk from Omiya station.

I used it for the first time for 2 nights and 3 days from April 7th to 9th.The entrance was stylish without looking like a hotel, and the front desk had a simple and stylish atmosphere. The front staff came right away and did the check-in process very carefully.This time we had a dog with us, so we were given a room on the first floor with a dog run, a large dog run, a large bath, and a very clean room.First of all, we were impressed! The lounge on the 3rd floor also has a wide variety of drinks and alcohol, which is also impressive.It's open 24 hours a day, so I was able to work in the lounge after my partner went to bed.The round bread for breakfast was from a nearby bakery and was delicious.LINE was also a good means of communication.You can also make requests on LINE without contacting the front desk.Best of all, the staff is the best.I also made a reservation.I would like to make this my regular lodging in Kansai.

I stayed in room 205 for 2 nights and 3 days. The room is very clean, stylish and spacious. The hotel staff was clean and kind, and the lounge on the third floor had four types of beer, a wide variety of snacks, and late-night snacks such as cup ramen, miso soup, furikake, and rice. There are a wide variety of juices available, and I don't think there are many hotels that are as comfortable as this one. The hotel was full of hospitality and I felt lonely after checking out. If you want to live here, we recommend the sauna at the nearby Gokoyu Onsen.
