It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the station, but since it's mostly flat, I think it's relatively easy to get there. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so you won't have to worry about not using the hotel restaurant. Are the rooms spacious for this type of hotel? However, it has been a long time since it was built, so I feel that it is less convenient to use than the newest hotels. Also, I wish the breakfast buffet had a little more variety. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

First, there is a mysterious door in the room. When I contacted him because I didn't know what he was talking about, he responded with a troubled answer and hung up on me before I could. I really wonder what kind of education the hotel staff who answer the phone have received. It's strange that there is no explanation in the first place.Other than the room, there is usually a card inserted into the electricity supply slot when you check in to supply electricity, but I was given a rather long explanation to leave it as it is, but such a There was nothing stuck in it and it didn't make any sense. I wonder if old information is still being shared. The flow of each breakfast was poor, and although there were many employees, there was a lot of private conversation, and there was no way to talk to customers who were having trouble. But thank you for leaving! and full of energy. The food was okay, but the beef tongue curry was filled with potatoes and I couldn't find any beef tongue. The taste is delicious. The tongs used to eat all the food are small and spill easily. Be careful when using an ice cream spoon for the hot noodles. The other tongs are for picking pickles such as small plums and are difficult to use.I didn't know the difference between specialty and regular coffee when it came to free coffee, so I wandered around, but no one spoke to me.When we returned to our room after breakfast, construction work had begun in the room next door, and the people in the hallway with their legs wide open and shouting instructions showed no sign of avoiding us. The room smelled like paint thinner and it gave me a headache. Take it easy in the morning! I guess that means you should come out early, considering what you're saying. It was a shame that it was so different from the high reviews.

This time my friend and I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Sendai City. It's about an 8-minute walk from Sendai Station, but I thought it was quite comfortable to stay. The hotel's equipment was good, and the room looked bright and generous. The staff They are all friendly and can provide reliable service~~~I personally think their breakfast is great! The variety is very rich, including beef tongue curry and various breads, salads, eggs and fruits. It is very rich and can be eaten very healthily! I ate the hotel breakfast every day and felt very happy and satisfied early in the morning (but the retribution will show up in my weight😭😭😭😭)Among the various dishes, I think the most special one is the Sendai miso roll, a very unique dish~~~It’s the Chinese Valentine’s Day festival, so there are small Chinese Valentine’s Day decorations near the hotel counter for you to take photos with, which is very thoughtful~~~If you come to Sendai and want to stay in a business hotel with good breakfast, facilities and services, and some distance from the station, you can consider staying at this holiday inn~~~

I used it on a business trip.In Sendai, I have stayed at many other hotels in this class, so I would like to comment from my honest opinion.Compared to the prices of other IHG hotels, you can stay here at a very low price. The location is about an 8-minute walk from the east exit of Sendai Station. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. Please note that there are only a few restaurants. This time I made a reservation using the Super Flyers benefit plan.It was a relatively inexpensive stay that included a welcome drink and breakfast. The hotel seems to have been renovated, and the front area and restaurant are clean. The front staff is also very responsive and pleasant. Is the problem the room?As for the cleanliness, there were some drink marks on the desk.Is there a smell from the water in the room? I will. The first problem is that the air conditioner is very noisy, which is quite annoying. The refrigerator also makes a lot of water noise, so I think I should replace it.I put on earplugs and went to bed. It's a shame because the bed was comfortable.Breakfast was good with lots of variety. However, I think towels are necessary. Many people like to wipe their hands before eating. . .I asked for it.I think this hotel has many points to improve. However, I am not considering repeat stays at this time unless the rooms are improved.thank you very much.*Since I became an IHG Platinum member, I stayed here again. This time, we have a premium floor double room.It was better than my last impression. The front desk service was also pretty good, just like last time. However, the sound of the refrigerator remained the same.If you want to stay, we recommend the premium floor! Also, the breakfast menu doesn't seem to change much every time.I would also like to request accommodations for guests staying multiple nights. My favorite is Zunda! We have given a revised plus rating for this stay.
