Great clean, modern accommodation near Gojo station. Spacious comfortable rooms with all amenities. Big bathroom, washing machine and full kitchen. We extended our stay and moved to an upstairs room to gain a big balcony and a bit more space. Not the most central location but all the sites of Kyoto are within walking distance. Very accommodating hosts, very responsive. Really good value base for an extended stay in Kyoto. Big well stocked supermarket round the corner which is handy.

It's quite a distance from the subway station, and you have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the subway station platform, which may be a bit troublesome for travelers with large and small luggage. But generally speaking, it is a great accommodation choice: transportation is convenient, there is a 24-hour supermarket outside the door, and there are also drug stores, 100-yen grocery stores, kimono rental and other stores nearby, so the functions are very convenient. The administrator can communicate in fluent English, which is very convenient for foreign tourists. There is no view in the room, but in a place like Kyoto where there are views everywhere, you probably don’t care whether the room has a view or not.

The room was very big with all the amenities included. A washing machine is provided and a dryer system in the bathroom which was great for us.Well located a few minutes away from Gojo station and about 20 minutes walking distance to the shops and restaurants.The staff was very welcoming providing powder for the washing machine and our check in was earlier than their 16.00pm normal check in. We stayed 3 nights and we are really happy with our choice.We would definitely come back here.Thank you so much for everything.

Be careful about this hotel... I sent my wife here in August to stay with my children and mother-in-law. They stayed for 4 days. We bought it from booking. The person who runs the hotel took a 4000 yen deposit at the entrance, put it in a white envelope and wrote his name and room number on it. Return flight early in the morning. They left the room at 07:00 in the morning, but no one on duty was around. They did not receive the deposit. After we returned, we sent an e-mail, but he did not return. He did not even answer. The next year, on 19/06/24, we went to the person with my wife. We explained the situation. We reminded him of the reservation. .he looked us straight in the eye and said, "We don't have such a deposit practice."... We need to write a lot here, but it's not worth it. Please be careful. He is deliberately depositing your money.

Sparkling New Apartment in Kyoto!5 out of 5 starsThis recently built apartment is a dream come true! It's sparkling clean and completely mold-free, a huge plus in Kyoto's humid climate. The location is fantastic - convenient to everything I needed and in a great part of town. But the best part might be the bed - incredibly comfortable, making for fantastic sleep after a day of exploring. Overall, this is a fantastic find and I highly recommend it! Only thing maybe could use more natural light and kitchen equipment!

The reception staff speaks fluent English. There is no cleaning service during the stay. The garbage is bagged and placed at the door. Someone will collect it. The recyclables are thrown into the trash can in the public area by yourself.Because there is a kitchen in the room, you will be asked if you want to cook anything when you check in, and you can borrow kitchen utensils. Basically, everything is available, and there is no additional charge (I have stayed here before and there was an additional charge).It is close to supermarkets, 100-yen stores and subway and bus stations. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Nishiki Market, which is very convenient.
