The front desk service was good. The walls of the guest rooms are thin, and if the person staying in the room above is a parent and child, the sound of footsteps echoes.

My daughter made a reservation for me, and it was my first time at this place, but the inn was a touch panel type where you could do it yourself, and I was lucky that the parking lot was the last one available. It was easy to pay the price using the touch panel when you checked in. The breakfast was not very good (I think it was the worst in the past with very little variety), but the location is good, and the noise in the room was good because it happened to be a corner room on the top floor.

The rooms, service, and location are good, but...The breakfast was a little more disappointing than I expected, so I gave it a total of 3 stars.

An impossible event.I stayed here for 2 nights due to urgent work.I've stayed there once before, so I thought it was good.Last month, I stayed at Comfort in Yamaguchi and the smoothie was delicious, so I was looking forward to it again this time.Work begins in the evening.During the day on the second day, I worked in my room.I think it was around 9:50 a.m. before 10 a.m., but suddenly someone unlocked the door and came in!After saying ``Huh?'', he said ``I'm sorry,'' and left. It's the cleaning lady!It felt like I hadn't been there that year.I immediately chased after him and said, ``What's going on!?Isn't it normal to just knock? ” he said angrily, but somehow he was laughing out loud.Apologizing means apologizing, but he's grinning! At a proper hotel, you would get an apology when you check out, but there was nothing, so I got angry again at the front desk...The room is okay.Although it has been a few years, I think she is beautiful.Breakfast smoothie.I was looking forward to it, but it wasn't quite right. The ice had melted and it looked like a thin juice. The same thing happened on the second day, so it seems like this is normal here.At Shin Yamaguchi Ekimae, where I stayed last month, the ice wasn't melted and was thicker and more delicious. It was quite disappointing.Other than that, there were no complaints.I'm someone who likes to eat tomatoes in the morning, so I was happy with the cherry tomatoes. In addition, you could drink a drink bar at any time.Luggage storage is only available in free lockers. The front desk is on the second floor. The reception at the front desk was good.Normally I would be above average, but that housekeeper was a bit cruel!

This is a business hotel right next to Sendai Station.Price: It was cheap (around 8000 yen) considering it was near the station during Obon. The price is not much different from the old business hotels on the west side of the station.Service: Check-in and check-out are automatic and smooth. We also had free lockers so we didn't have to carry heavy luggage on the day of check-out.Room: Comfortable as the entire building is non-smoking and there is no smoking area. Like the entire Comfort Group, the hotel itself is located on the east side of Sendai Station, so you don't have to worry about smells or cigarettes. Animity is not that abundant, but it is a style that takes it from the 2nd floor front. The curtains were a little thin, so I wasn't able to sleep until the last minute of check-out in the summer, but other than that, there were no issues.Overall, I think it's a business hotel with good cost performance and low price for its quality.
