I stayed at this hotel in central Kyoto and the experience was very pleasant. The double bedded room was surprisingly spacious, offering much more space than normal for relaxing and storing luggage. The shower, while not traditional in style, was also large and modern, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.Check-in was very practical, given that it is carried out independently, but despite this the welcome was excellent and everything was well organised. The only negative point was the included breakfast: quite limited, consisting of salad, a roll, a sweet sauce and eggs. I would have preferred more variety to start the day with more energy.Overall, I recommend this hotel for those looking for spacious and comfortable accommodation in the center of Kyoto, but with moderate expectations regarding breakfast.

An American here. This place was amazing to stay at. the rooms were spacious for Japanese standards and their bathroom was really nice to use.The location of this place is also awesome. its location made travel to oaska and downtown Kyoto real easy. I personally enjoyed it being om that sweet spot of close to the major transit and not too close to high traffic placee.definitely would stay here again.

The hotel is quite good. The bed is comfortable, it is quite clean and it is a good place to rest. The location is very good.Breakfast is free but I would prefer to pay and have it be a little better, honestly. In general it is a good place to go.

The location is central but far from a central place, a 25-minute walk from any attraction. Many hotels in the area and it is better to be closer to the central area

The room was great! The cleaning is done impeccably. On the other hand, there should be more machines in the laundry. Impossible to do your laundry, the machines are always taken. The drink machine is a good idea. Location-wise, we're next to a konbini and fast-food restaurants so it's a good point, but a little too far from the station and activity areas.

The air-conditioning in the room is noisy like a chariot. There is no hot water kettle in the room. The room is small. The location is a bit far from the downtown area for shopping. Free breakfast is included when booking a room, but it is not full.

When I stayed there the other day, a fire alarm went off in the morning and I had to evacuate outside. At the very least, no one spoke to the people who were evacuating outside, and there were no explanations or apologies afterward. What would have happened if there had been a real fire? It was a stay that left me feeling dissatisfied and anxious. The room itself was clean and nice.

I stayed on the 6th floor. I was happy that the bathroom was separate. There is no bathtub, so it may feel small with only a shower room, but it feels convenient in the summer. I was able to borrow pillows and blankets from the front desk, so I slept well. The front desk staff is also very responsive, and there are people who can speak English, Chinese, and Korean, so I think overseas guests can feel at ease.It was a good hotel, with free breakfast (Western and Japanese dishes changed daily) for guests staying at the hotel.
