At first glance, it looks clean and typical of Japan, but perhaps because it's aimed at foreigners, I noticed that the cleaning wasn't as thorough as it should be for Japanese people. There was trash and dust accumulating at the entrance and in the corners of the room. There was dust floating in the bathtub when I filled it with hot water. The humidifying air purifier had not been cleaned, and when I looked inside the tank, it was so dirty that I couldn't use it. Unfortunately, the room was very dry as the air conditioner was on all day.I was worried about whether the dishes were being washed properly, so I washed them all again every time I used them. The room was large and nice. The staff who changed towels midway through the trip was also nice. The parking lot was apparently a 3-minute walk away, but it was quite far. The distance is impossible unless you carry your luggage first.

The front desk is located quite far away. It's in a completely hidden place. It's a two-story building, and the second floor is the bedroom, but there are also futons for at least seven guests, and if you clean up the Japanese living room on the first floor (low table and chairs), you can probably sleep four or five people. The entrance is wide. It is easy to fit in wheelchairs and strollers, and can be left unfolded. There were two pairs of disposable slippers. The SPA (Jacuzzi bath) and shower bathroom are a good size and neither hot nor cold. You can see a small and stylish inner garden. The bathroom is also clean and comfortable, but it may be unsatisfactory for people who like strong water pressure in the shower. The provided shampoo, cleansing products, cosmetics, etc. are from POLA. Even though I made a reservation for three people, there were only bath towels, face towels, and yukatas (M size only) for two people. We have TOSHIBA washing machines with dryers, Ariel (clothing detergent), and Flair (fabric softener). There is one IH stove and plenty of cooking utensils and tableware. There is a refrigerator, toaster, microwave, rice cooker, and De'Longhi kettle. Consumables are hidden in the entryway, on the shelf above the kitchen, under the stairs, etc. to keep things neat and tidy. It may be for long-term stays, but I didn't think there was a place to dry clothes, etc.

I moved one station from Kyoto Station and walked another 10 minutes, but I was very satisfied with the facilities for the price. The stairs are a little steep, but it didn't bother me. It was spacious with two floors, and the jet bath was great. It's a bit of a walk to get to the restaurants and convenience stores, so I think it would be more relaxing if you go after shopping.
